Among the three major grains in the world,corn has the world’s highest total production and average yield.China’s corn cultivation area and total production are in the second place in the world.Corn grain moisture content of corn grain moisture is an important factor affecting the quality of the corn,and grain moisture corn is also an important factor in the corn harvest mechanization as well as storage,transport and processing and other aspects of the decision.The temporal lobe traits have a crucial influence on the grain water content.The temporal lobe of corn is a metamorphic leaf transformed from a leaf sheath on the stalk.Ear husk by photosynthesis is transported carbohydrates,so the contribution of the final yield ear;reasonable morphological structures such as husk and husk husk uncovered long length,width husk,husk layers,can directly affect the harvest Corn grain moisture content.Therefore,the morphogenesis of the temporal lobe is closely related to the development of the ear and the corn grain water content and mechanized harvesting.However,as of now,studies at home and abroad have not reported on the localization and cloning of key genes regulating the construction of corn taro leaves.This study,we constructed two groups,group 1 is Inbred,the group B1 and the Shennong PH4 CV BC2S6 population as parents constructed;2 crosstester population groups,the group with the constructed BC2S6 measured Shennong B1 Hand in groups.This study uses these two groups as materials,and uses correlation analysis,best unbiased linear predictive value(BLUP)analysis,broad heritability analysis and other methods to measure the length(HL),width(HW),The phenotypes of layer number(HN)and uncovered length(HT),yield(Y),and grain water content(W)were analyzed.Below are key research findings:(1)In the offspring of inbred lines,the traits of both the traits and the final grain water content of the inbred lines reached a significant level.(2)The heritability of the temporal lobe traits of the RIL population and the offspring of the test was higher in this study,and the impact of environmental and genotype-environment interactions was relatively small,making it easy to locate the major gene.(3)The traits of the inbred RIL population and the phenotypic value of the hybrid after the test had a high genetic variation.In addition to the temporal leaf cover traits in the inbred lines,the distribution was normal distribution and the stability was better.It is suitable for further research on genetic structure and gene mapping.The above results can be used as the phenotypic basis for QTL mapping and genome-wide association analysis and whole genome selection of temporal lobe traits in the future.
