Greenhouse cultivation is the main source of economic income for farmers. However, due to the excessive application of fertilizers and pesticides, continuous planting of the same crops, etc.,crop soil-borne diseases have become the main continuous cropping obstacles in the cultivation under greenhouses.Traditional chemical pesticide fumigation soil sterilization methods have achieved good results in controlling soil-borne diseases, but as people recognized that chemical fumigation soil sterilization harms the environment and human health,it is currently being replaced by anaerobic soil sterilization methods. This study was conducted in the greenhouse located in Dazhai Town,Yangling,Shanxi Province. The soil for continuous cropping was applied with following treatments;without any addition?CK?,addition of ammonium bicarbonate?AB?,addition of pyroligneous solution?PS?and addition of chicken manure?CM?.Anaerobic soil disinfestation was performed to study the effect of different additives on soil properties, greenhouse gas emissions, microbial communities, and tomato yield in greenhouses. It was aimed to provide a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the mechanism of anaerobic soil sterilization, and to scientifically assess and control the risks arising from agricultural production and ecological environment, and to provide scientific basis for the cultivation of sustainable agriculture in greenhouses. The main conclusions of this study are as follows.1.During the period of anaerobic soil disinfestation, different treatment soil temperature range is 28.748.9?,the order of the average soil temperature in different treatments from high to low was:CM>CK>AB>PS;in 020 cm soil layer, the EC of other treatments decreased significantly compared with pre-treatment?IS?soil except for the treatment of AB.Compared with IS,the contents of available P,available K,NH+4-N,organic matter and total N in soil treated with CM increased significantly. The accumulation of NO3--N in soil surface was significantly lower than that in IS.2.Under anaerobic soil disinfestation, the release rate and cumulative emission of N2O from AB treatment increased significantly compared with the treatment of CK,and the release of CO2 and CH4 released from soil treated with CM increased significantly.3.Compared with CK,the soil microbial species after anaerobic soil disinfestation are similar but the relative abundance changes. The dominant bacterial phylum was Proteobacteria, the dominant genus was Bacillus, the dominant phylum was Ascomycota, and the dominant genus was Corynascus.Compared with IS,after anaerobic soil disinfestation significantly increased the proportion of beneficial bacteria in the soil such as Bacillus,Pseudomonas,Aspergillus,Chaetomium.Compared with IS,after anaerobic soil disinfestation decreased the abundance of soil-borne pathogens such as Fusarium and Madurella, the relative abundances are the greatest changes in CM treatment.4.The yield of different treatments was CM>PS>CK>AB under the condition of anaerobic soil disinfestation.Furthermore, compared with the treatment of CK,the plants in AB treatment had the highest number of deaths.
