Abstract/Summary:
At present,China’s rice seedling orderly throwing machine is still the issues of complex structure,processing difficulty,practical performance bad and the bad of orderly transplanting.Aiming at these problems,the key is to solve the core components of the seedling and transplanting device.Through the study of the existing rice seedling transplanting mechanism at home and abroad.this paper proposes a kind of rice bowl seedling is flexible clamped and pulled by synchronous belt with the method of combination of flexible sandwich and seedling transportation,with separating seedlings,a flexible clamping and transplanting.The device is important for the rice transplanting in rice in the south and the promotion of rice production in the “Rice-Rice-Oil” in the south.The transplanting requirements of rice seedlings and the rice seedling seedlings are studied in this paper.The physical and mechanical properties of the seedlings suitable for transplanting are measured and tested.The average height,the size of the clamping parts,the humidity of the bowl and the quality,the Crushing force of the clamping parts,and the friction coefficient of the seedling and the flexible material are got.And these providing the theoretical basis for the design of the rice bowl seedling flexible clamping and transplanting device.This paper mainly designs the four parts of the seedling conveying device,the mixing belt flexible clamping device,the seedling tray recovery mechanism and the bowl seedling conveying device to determine its basic mechanism parameters in the rice bowl seedling flexible clamping and transplanting device.The virtual prototyping model of the rice bowl seedling flexible clamping and transplanting device was established by using SolidWorks three-dimensional software to design and calculate the structure of the key components.The kinematic and kinetic analysis of the rice bowl seedling flexible clamping and transplanting device are carried out.The results show that the plant distance is mainly related to the speed of the machine,the speed of the seedling clamping and transplanting device and the spacing of the seedling in bowl seedling tray.The physical process virtual test is carried out by Adams on the model of riec seedling and clamping and conveying device to observe the state of the bowl clamping and conveying process.The results showe that those influence damage rate,draft rate and seedling spacing rate of the three main factors,respectively,from the pull angle,clamping the gap,clamping flexible materials.The single factor and Multi-factor orthogonal experiment are carried out on the test bed of the self-made the rice bowl seedling flexible clamping and transplanting device with the rate of seedling damage,the rate of outage and the rate of seedling spacing.The results are obtained by single factor test the effect of the factors on the three indicators of the law of change;Through the multi-factor orthogonal experiment,the use of comprehensive balance method and analysis of variance to determine the impact of equipment rice seedlings transplanting the best combination of factors.When the flexible material selection sponge,Clamping gap of 0 mm,from the angle of 30 °,rice bowl seedlings transplant is best.
