In recent years,with the continuous growth of China's pig breeding industry,the mort ality and morbidity of respiratory diseases in pigs have also been on an upward trend,whic h has seriously damaged the economic benefits of pig farms.Porcine respiratory disease syndrome(PRDC)causes complicated pathogenesis,is a general term for respirato ry diseases caused by many diseases.Clinically,PRDC is often accompanied by mixed inf ection of many pathogens.Among them,bacterial pathogens such as Pasteurella,Proteus mirabilis,Staphylococcus aureus,Haemophilus parasuis and Streptococcus are usually present in pig farms in the form of mixed infection,especially in farms with poor sanitation.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the isolation and identification of bacterial pathogens in respiratory tract of pigs.In this experiment,28 swine respiratory disease materials and 2 swollen swollen joint abscesses were collected from some pig farms and loose-shelves households in Jianshui,Joint pus collected in swine swollen joints suffering from porcine respiratory syndrome,The results are as follows:1.Isolation and culture of pathogens,Gram stain,biochemical tests initially isolated 21 strains of bacteria.Four strains of Pasteurella were identified by PCR amplification,6 str eptococci were examined by microscopy,5 strains of Proteus mirabilis and 6 strains of stap hylococcus.2.The result of drug susceptibility test showed that Pasteurella was extremely sensitive to cephalosporins,ofloxacin and bacilli of ampicillin,to oxacillin sodium,cotrimoxazole,kanamycin,tetracycline,Gentamicin,Amikacin high sensitive to spectinomycin susceptible to penicillin,polymyxin B low sensitivity;Streptococcus cephalosporins,cotrimoxazole susceptible to oxacillin sodium,ampicillin,cephalosporin It has high sensitivity to spectinomycin,low sensitivity to penicillin and kanamycin,resistance to gentamicin,amikacin,and polymyxin B.The strange deformation Bacillus extremely sensitive to cephalosporins,oxacillin sodium,ampicillin,ofloxacin,gentamicin,kanamycin,tetracycline,amikacin high-sensitivity of the compound neprostinil sensitivity,Staphylococcus aureus is extremely sensitive to cephalosporins,and has high sensitivity to oxacillin sodium,ampicillin,ceftriaxone sodium,cotrimoxazole,tetracycline and ofloxacin,For gentamicin,kanamycin,amikacin in sensitive,low spectinomycin sensitive to penicillin,and more Mycophenolate B resistance.3.Animal pathogenicity results showed that the mortalities of mice in the experimental group of Pasteurella,Streptococcus,Proteus Animal pathogenicity results showed that the mortalities of mice in the experimental group of Pasteurella,Streptococcus and Staphylococcus were 100%,100%,33%,respectively.In conclusion,the study provided the basis for the clinical prevention and diagnosis of bacterial diseases of respiratory tract in pigs in Jianshui County.
