| Using K326 and Yunyan 87 as the control,the field varieties comparative test and regional adaptability test were carried out.The new varieties included NCT6,NC71,NC196,GL338,NCT13,AOV405 introduced from United States,NC-YATAS-2 breeded by Sino US cooperation,PVH2254,PVH1452 and PVH2310 introduced from Brazil and Yunyan 100,Yunyan 105,Yunyan 116,Yunyan 117,Yunyan 119,Yunyan 207 self-breeded by Yunnan province,a total of 16 flue-cured tobacco varieties.The parts of best comprehensive performance varieties were Carried out industrial validation.The main results were as follows:1.According to the six aspects comprehensive evaluation of agronomic traits,economic traits,disease resistance,appearance quality of raw tobacco,intrinsic chemical compositionand sensory quality evaluation,the comprehensive performances of Yunyan 100,Yunyan 116,NC-YATAS-2,PVH1452 and NC196 of five varieties were prominent.Their comprehensive traits were comparable to the control K326 varietie,slightly better than the control Yunyan 87 varietie.Therefore,the 5 varieties of Yunyan 100,Yunyan 116,NC-YATAS-2,PVH1452 and NC196 were selected to conduct further regional fitness tests to identify suitable areas for their cultivation.2.The comprehensive evaluation was carried out from five aspects of economic traits,disease resistance,baking characteristics,sensory quality and industrial usability.The new varieties with better comprehensive evaluation among the 16 new varieties were Yunyan 100,Yunyan 116,NC196,PVH1452,NC-YATAS-2.3.The regional adaptability test showed that Yunyan 100,Yunyan 116,PVH2254,NC196 and NC-YATAS-2 were suitable for planting in the area of 1500-1950 meters above sea level according to the economic traits.Their regional adaptability was wide and quality of production was stable.So the planting area could be expanded to produce demonstration.4.Through the validation test,the five new flue-cured tobacco varieties of Yunyan 100,Yunyan 116,NC196,PVH1452 and NC-YATAS-2 were comprehensively evaluated again according to the six aspects comprehensive evaluation of agronomic traits,economic traits,disease resistance,appearance quality of raw tobacco,intrinsic chemical compositionand sensory quality evaluation.The experimental results showed that their comprehensive traits were comparable to the control K326 varietie,and the sensory quality was better than Yunyan 87 varietie.The test results were consistent with the variety comparison test of 2014 year. |
