Investigation Of Echinococcosis In Livestock And Medicaments Deworming And Comprehensive Control In Haibei Ditrict Of Qinghai Province

As one of the most important ecological barrier in Qinghai,the healthy development of Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture especially in animal husbandry has a significant significance in ecology health.In this paper,based on the investigation of the infection which echinococcus used sheep,cattle and people as the intermediate hosts in Haibei area,we experimented drug deworming test on dog which is the definitive host and lamb immunity to cut off the pathogen circulatory chain in order to control and prevent the echinococcosis.The infection rate of echinococcosis of cattle and sheep was reduced from 22.4% and 12.84% to 7.96% and 5.48%,respectively.While the detection of dog droppage was reduced from 4.17% to all negative.Therefore,cutting off pattern of spread between the larvae and adults in the intermediate host(cattle,sheep and other livestock)and the terminal host(the grazing)by drugging every dog and deworming monthly is feasible.
