To mine the beneficial genetic resources of Oryza rufipogon will help to develop the rice production in China.Consequently,Chinese perennial dongxiang wild rice was selected as plant materials for the development of"Dongxiang wild rice/93-11"F2 and F2:3:3 populations,Thirty agronomical traits were investigated for QTL mapping,including overwintering traits,panicle traits,and seed traits,QTLs IciMapping4.10version software were emploeed to construct the molecular map construction and QTL mapping.A total of 67 QTLs were identicified in this study,there 42 QTLs were identified in the F2 population,and there 25 QTLs were identified in the F2:3 populations.The main results were as follows:?1?a molecular genetic map contained 137 SSR markers was constructed,of which covered the length of whole genome 1557.62 cM,Average distance between markers is11.37 cM,the average length of genetic distance varied from chromosome 9?7.07cM?to chromosome 2?18.24cM?,the length of genetic distance all chromosome markers between the figure from the range of 0.47 cM-45.96 cM;?2?A total of 4 QTLs associated with over-wintering traits were detected on the 2nd,3rd,6th and 7th chromosomes.Among them,Qtl-qow6 was detected detected by different mapping method,it's the LOD value and the contribution rate respectively was 36.6 and22.32%.No epsistas QTLs controlling overwintering trait was detected.?3?A total of 40 QTLs controlling panicle traits were detected in the F2 and F2:3populations,theirs LOD values ranged from 2.55 to 18.21,and the contribution rates varied from 10.17%to 47.79%.Among of them,there 21 QTLs were mapped in the F2population,there 18 QTLs were detected in the F2:3 populations,only one QTL dristributing on chromosome 6 were flanked by RM3724 and RM5745 in the both F2and F2:3 popualtions.The cloned gene of OsMADS15 and OsCEP6.1 underlying primary branches were located at qNPB7 and qNPB8 loci;altogether 40 pairs of interaction intervals were detection in two populations.?4?Altogether 23 QTLs underlying grain traits were detected in the both F2 and F2:3populations,with LOD value of 2.60-37.97,and the contribution rate was between4.73%and 82.51%;among them,there 17 QTLs were detected in the F2 populations.However,only 6 QTLs were detected in the F2:3 populations,one QTL controlling glume color QTL was detected repeatedly on the 4th chromome in both F2 and F2:3populations.18 interaction intervals were detected in two populations.The above mentioned results lay a foundation for the future research on the exploitation and application of genes resource about overwintering,panicle and grain from Chinese perennial Dongxiang wild rice.
