| The Distylium buxifolium is a native land cover plants belonging to genus Distylium,Hamamelidaceae,and having a wide application prospect in landscaping.By collecting and filtering this plant,the morphological diversity,physiological characteristics,cultivation techniques and application of garden application are studyed in the paper.This study plays an important research value and practical significance on the development of native plant resources,riching urban plant diversity,guiding the characteristic nursery stock industry and making up for the lack of greening plant species and insufficient development.1.The phenological period,root characteristics,germination,other growth and development rules of Distylium buxifolium were studied systematically in this paper.Lobular mosquito mother root system are mainly distributed in the underground 10-20 cm.It is concentrated and given priority to with less than 2 mm of fine roots.Early spring bud,lamina,the characteristics of plant growing fast after a slow first,sun-like and shade-tolerance,cold resistant,high temperature resistant,resistant to water.So its application in different site and provides a theoretical basis for different geographical regions.2.Photosynthetic characteristics of Distylium buxifolium were studied,including 4 types:LHWM01,LHWM04,LHWM05 and LHWM11.It shown that the corresponding light saturation points are respectively 1600 umol.m2.s-1,1430 umol.m2.s-1,1350 umol.m2.s-1and 1260 umol.m2.s-1;the corresponding light compensation point are respectively 25.71 umol.m2.s-1,25.83 umol.m2.s-1,12.89umol.m2.s-1,7.82 and umol.m2.s-1,which indicate that 4 types of Distylium buxifolium having strong adaptability and belong to sun-like and shade-tolerance plant.3.Diversity and selection in good types suitable of Distylium buxifolium for landscape applications were studied in this paper.According to individual color,leaf color,tree structure and differences in performance,based on genetic diversity with ISSR molecular markers and anatomical features of leaves,the asexual reproduction of Distylium buxifolium were divided into 12 types.Among them,the types of LHWMO1,LHWM02,LHWM04,LHWMO5,LHWM11 and LHWM12 had been regarded the good characteristics with dense branches and leaves,compact crown,strong adaptability and good view and admire.Therefore,this 6 types are excellent types in primary election,and can be directly applied in industrial production in the future,also used as breeding materials of Distylium buxifolium varieties cultivation.4.In this paper,the technique of application and cultivation of the garden was put forwarded by author.With good weather conditions,effective root moisturizing measures were adopted,the survival rate was very high in summer,and the survival rate could reach 97%in 33h with soil ball.In 23h,the survival rate can reach 90.7%,which can be flexibly selected from the comprehensive analysis of cost saving,seedling cost and construction requirements.At the same time,through the comparative analysis of the traits of eight common ground plants,the Distylium buxifolium has dense branches and leaves,and the branches spread out in the branches,and the trees grow extremely slowly and have a good appreciation.Heat resistant to cold,drought and wet,sun-like and shade-tolerance,fertilizer-like and desert resistance,fewer pests,strong adaptability,and many other advantages,is a very precious ground cover plants.Especially,it is used as ground cover,which advantages are more outstanding. |
