In order to improve the breeding efficiency of Camellia,the study of genotype,growth regulators,sealing method and grafting position on the survival rate of camellia root grafting.With diameter of about 30 cm as rootstock,study on the grafting methods,grafting height,diameter of stock,influencing the survival rate and growth of Camellia big tree grafting.Study of genotype,cutting time,cutting medium,growth regulators and treatment time for their effects on the survival rate of Camellia cuttings.With 3 year old cutting seedlings as materials of Camellia,the species and formulas of fertilizer and the effects of light intensity on the growth of Camellia were studied.The result shows:1?Genotype had a significant influence on the survival rate of root grafting,the average survival rate was Camellia japonica Hongluzhen,the highest was 70%,Camellia japonica Simianjing,the lowest was 58%,and there were significant differences among genotypes.The growth regulator for root grafting,no significant increase of root grafting survival rate,the average survival rate of NAA was 71.73%,and the control group had no significant difference,2,4-D for a minimum of 35.13%,there were significant differences with the control group.The sealing method had a significant influence on the survival rate of root grafting,and the average survival rate of aluminum foil and sealing film were 61.60% and 34.53%,respectively,and there were significant differences.The position of the grafting had significant effect on root grafting,epicotyl and seedling root grafting in living rate were 73% and61.93%,there was significant difference between the two.The grafting method has significant influence on the survival rate and growth of Camellia big tree grafting,abdomen grafting with average survival rate was 84.66%,mosaic grafting with average grafting survival rate was 73%,there were significant differences;the mosaic grafting average number of shoots and branches were 5.72 cm and 2.90,abdominal grafting was 4.31 cm and 1.98,there was significant difference.The grafting height on the survival rate of grafted trees and new shoot length have a significant effect,no significant effect on the number of branches,the grafting height of 200 cm the average survival rate was 75%,number of new shoot length and branch number was the highest were 5.82 cm and 3.12;grafting height is 100 cm the lowest average survival rate was 58.33%,shoot length and branch number is the minimum were 4.58 cm and 2.61.Rootstock diameter significantly affected the survival rate and growth of grafting,rootstock diameter of 1 ~ 3 cm,the average survival rate was 84%,the shoot length was 5.55 cm,the number of branches was 3.06.When the diameter of stock >3cm the lowest average survival rate was 61%,the average shoot length was 5.15 cm the average is 3.14;when stock diameter <1,the average survival rate was 64%,the minimum shoot length and lateral branch number were 4.31,cm and 2.39,respectively.2?The genotype of survival rate and root length had significant effect on Camellia cuttings,C.japonica Jinpanlizh average the highest survival rate was 83.4%,the average maximum root length was 6.55 cm.The C.japonica Xueta lowest average survival rate was 68.86%,the average root length of the shortest is 3.91 cm.The cutting substrate had significant effects on survival rate and root length.The highest survival rate of soil +30% sand was 84.73%,and the length of root length was 6.69 cm.The lowest survival rate of soil +60% sand was 55%,and the root length was4.94 cm.Cutting time had a significant influence on survival rate and root length.The average survival rate and root length were 83.73% and 6.37 cm in May,while in December they were 44.46% and 4.29 cm,respectively,and there were significant differences.And auxin type and rooting powder and the processing time has significant influence on the survival rate and root length,when the concentration of auxin and rooting powder products are 100 ppm,NAA,IBA,NAA+IBA mixture and ABT1 rooting powder for 12 h had the highest survival rate were 78%,75.73%,88%and 81.60%,for 24 h the minimum were 57.93%,61.73%,59% and 55.46%.3?The type and formula of fertilizer had significant effects on Camellia growth.The average growth rate of high potassium fertilizer plant height was 68.60 cm,compound fertilizer was 62.56 cm,and there was no significant difference between the two,sesame fertilizer for a minimum of 27.63 cm,there was significant difference with high K;average growth of the crown of compound fertilizer is 33.96 cm,high nitrogen fertilizer is 29.96 cm,the two do not exist significant differences,high P and a minimum of 15.56 cm,there were significant differences with compound fertilizer;compound fertilizer average growth of diameter up to 0.92 cm,high nitrogen fertilizer is 0.83 cm,the two do not exist significant differences.The lowest sesame fertilizer was 0.35 cm,which was significantly different from compound fertilizer.Light intensity had a significant influence on Camellia growth,the average growth of shading plant height was 46.60 cm,and no shading was 36.17 cm,there weresignificant differences between the two.The average amount of growth of shade crown is 23.66 cm,no shade is 18.33 cm,there was significant difference between the two.The average growth of shade ground diameter was 0.59 cm,while no shading was 0.52 cm,but there was no significant difference.A comprehensive analysis of the growth,recommend the use of compound fertilizer;shading when suitable for applying high nitrogen fertilizer to promote the crown and diameter growth significantly;to promote the plant height,suggested the application of potassium fertilizer.
