Necrotizing enteritis is also called the intestines toxemia,is under a variety of factors caused by the toxins produced by clostridium westergren an acute infectious disease,mainly to raise chickens and turkeys intestinal mucosal necrosis,row of reddish brown or dark brown coal tar sample stools are characterized.Necrotizing enteritis is a kind of public health significance of poultry diseases.The experiment was conducted to assess the effects of dietary supplementation of modified montmorillonite(Calibrin-Z)on protection of chickens feeding of diet mycotoxin contamination that infected with clostridium welchii enteritis.384 one-day-old male Arbor Acres broilers were randomly distributed into 4 treatments with 8 replicates.The dietary treatments were natural mouldy corn based diets:1)Tl,control diet(M);2)T2,T1 +0.1%Calibrin-Z(M + CZ0.1);3)T3,on the basis of T1,chicken were vaccinated clostridium welchii in 14-d-old(M + CPP);4)T4,on the basis of T2,chicken were vaccinated with clostridium welchii(3 x 108 cfu/bird)on 14-d-old(M + CZ0.1 + CPP).All chickens were allowed ad libitum access to feed and water during the 28-d experiment.The ADG,ADFI and feed conversion rate of each replicate were measured at the end of the study.On the 17,21 and 28 of the age,4 birds one bird per replication)were randomly picked out from each treatment and blood samples was collected from a jugular wein and then birds were killed by cervical dislocation for organ weight calculation,valence of antibody,small intestinal morphology and intestinal damage evaluation index.The results showed that chickens infected with CPP significantly reduced the ADG and ADFI(P<0.05)and increased the feed conversion rate(P<0.05)compared with the control treatment.Supplementation of 0.1%Calibrin Z increased ADG and ADFI(P = 0.016)compared with the control treatment.Broilers fed with diet infected with mycotoxins reduced(P = 0.042)the spleen index on the 28 days of age.Meanwhile,supplemented with Calibrin Z increased(P<0.05)the thymus index on the 17 and 28 days of age.Broilers fed the diet of mycotoxin contamination,intestinal villus height,villus-crypt ratio,ileum villus-crypt ratio on day 17 and duodenum and jejunum villus height and villus-crypt ratio,ileum villus height on day 21,and duodenum and ileum villus height and villus-crypt ratio and jejunum villus height was significantly reduced(P<0.05)compared with the control diet.The jejunum,intestinal villus height and villus-crypt ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.05)compared with those of non-vaccinated CPP groups on the day of 14,17 and 21.Broilers fed the diet of mycotoxin contamination,intestinal injury score significantly higher(P<0.05)than those of control groups on the day of 17,21and 28.Broilers vaccinated CPP,intestinal injury score significantly higher(P<0.05)than those of non-vaccinated CPP treatments.Feeding mycotoxin mitigate pollution diet poultry vaccination westergren clostridium,serious shadow poultry production performance,immune function and intestinal health.Adding modified montmorillonite,can improve the poultry production performance and immunity,promote the intestinal function development,reduce intestinal injury.
