With the development of modern agriculture,the use of pesticide is increasing day by day.In recent years,the sales of fungicides have been large,becoming the second in the use of pesticide.The common respiratory inhibitor has the advantages of high efficiency,broad spectrum,absorption and holding effect characteristics,so the modern respiratory inhibitors as pyraclostrobin,thifluzamide have been a hot spot in pesticide industry.As the patent protection period of early modem respiratory inhibitors matures,there exist a large number of single or compounded formulations which are based on these respiratory inhibitors.Some businessemen exaggerate the spectrum of inhibitor for the reason of broad spectrum resulting in the actual function is not same as the introduction of the businessmen.This test as a starting point,growth,spore germination assay of pyraclostrobin,picoxystrobin,trifloxystrobin,azoxystrobin,kresoxim,thifluzamide,boscalid 7 kinds of respiratory inhibitors for biological activity of 13 fungal pathogens of Thanatephorus cucumeris and Fusarium moniliform were determined by mycelium.The results showed that the antibacterial activities of different respiratory inhibitors were different,and even the antibacterial activities of the same respiratory inhibitors were not similar.In addition,the classification map of the 7 respiratory inhibitors was made in accordance with the results of this experiment,,which could provide reference for the use and research of the respiratory inhibitor.With the selection of 6 kinds of representative pathogenic fungi such as Thanatephorus cucumeris?Botrytis cinerea Botrytis,the biological activity of 7 kinds of respiratory inhibitors was determined by dissolved oxygen consumption.It showed that the experiment rusults was obtained by this method are different from those measured by mycelium growth method.This method can reflect the antibacterial activity of respiratory inhibitors more accurately and accurately.At the same time,the results of this method can verify the mechanism of respiratory depressant at the respiratory level.Finally,according to the advantages and disadvantages of fungicide and biological activity,we selected 2 kinds of respiratory inhibitors against Botrytis cinerea?Altemaria alternaria and pyraclostrobin?boscalid and the biological activity of the fungicide was determined in accordance with the different ratios respectively.The EC50 values of BC and AA were 1.243 mg/L and 1.701 mg/L,respectively;The EC50 values of acetyl amines to BC and AA were 0.859 mg/L and 1.735 mg/L,respectively.The results showed that the synergistic effect was strongest when the compound ratio was 1:1.The results of this experiment can be used as a reference for the development of new compound pesticides.
