In recent years,with the state attaches great importance to rural drinking water safety issues,China's villages and towns water supply business has been rapid development,village water supply project construction projects more and more.Compared with the plains,water supply project in mountainous and hilly rural areas characterized in small scale,user scattered and terrain height difference,it's often need pressurized and partial pressurized,resulting in large engineering investment and large water charges.,which is not compatible with the development of rural economic level.This paper establishes the mathematical model of water pipe network and water distribution network in mountainous and hilly areas with the goal of economy,to study the diameter selection,pressurized pump station setting and the pressure level of the pipe selection in water pipe network as well as optimization layout and combination of pipe diameter optimization in water distribution network,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing investment and improve water supply safety purposes.First of all,according to the characteristics of water supply project in mountainous hilly countryside,this paper chooses and analyzes the basic theory of engineering water source selection,pipe selection,pressurized pumping station type,which can provide reference for engineering design.Then,according to the characteristics of terrain height difference in mountainous hilly area,establishes the mathematical model of multi-stage pressurized water supply pipe network.Taking the economy as the goal,considering the influence of the pipe pressure level on the pipe cost and the pump head,The pressurized pumping station is used as the basis of pipe section and node division.put forward the concept of coefficient of existence of pressure level,established the cost objective function of the pipe diameter,the number of the pressure pump station and the pressure level of the pipe.Through the analysis of the objective function,selected the artificial immune algorithm to solve the optimization model.Further,it is applied to the engineering example to obtain the optimization scheme of the economic diameter,the pressure series and the pumping station position and the pipe pressure rating.Then,according to the idea of phased optimization used in engineering design and pipe network optimization,establishes two-stage optimization models of water distribution network.The first stage is to optimize the layout of the water distribution network,for the difference between the user node and the pipe network cross node of the village water distribution network,use the modified Kruskal algorithm to solve the minimum spanning tree,and the distance is taken as the marginal weight,and obtained the smallest sum of the pipe network of minimum spanning tree pipe network layout scheme.Followed optimize the combination of diameters.Also,this paper establishes a direct optimization model to synchronize the pipe network layout and the combination of pipe and diameter.Based on the node selection as the choice of pipe section,established the water distribution network cost objective function.According to the structural characteristics and hydraulic characteristics of tree pipe network,determine the model restrictions.Finally,the paper applied the two-stage optimization model and the direct optimization model to solve the project in the village of Yubei District,Chongqing City.The results show that it is closer to the optimal solution of the project by using the direct optimization method.
