In this paper,based on the technology needs of national corn seed industry base in Gansu province and the Hexi inland area million mu of high efficient water-saving demonstration base,combined with modern agricultural production techniques and irrigation methods,aiming at these problems of the absence of irrigation experiment data for seed corn,the lack of guidance about irrigation work,unmatched the drip irrigation under mulch under pipe laying and planting corn seed structure,having no concepts and ideas about precision farming,the lack of extension system standards on seed corn drip irrigation under mulch technology.According to the problems proposed above,we carried out some studies about lateral layout about Hexi inland area of seed corn drip irrigation under mulch and soil water movement simulation and irrigation schedule research of different lateral layout.Improving seed corn refined irrigation technology and producing optimal water-saving and economic benefits,however,provide theoretical basis and design parameters for the promotion of seed corn industry of drip irrigation under mulch in Hexi inland region.Some of the achievements that have been given as follows.1)Proposing lateral layout of seed corn drip irrigation under mulch in Hexi inland area.According to the specific requirements of different soil texture,fertilization and mechanization in Hexi inland river basin area,furthermore,the factors of present situation seed spacing and local farmers planting corn planting habits,carrying out lateral layout researches,such as 1 film 1 line 2 rows,1 film2 lines 3 rows,1 film 2 lines 4 rows and 1film 2 line 5 rows.And proposing some technical indicators about the wide and narrow row of different lateral layout pattern pitch,spacing,capillary spacing and capillary dosage.Meanwhile,respectively proposing lateral layout of seed corn drip irrigation under mulch about Shule River Basin,Heihe River Basin and Shiyang River Basin,all of which located in Hexi inland region.2)Study on soil water movement of seed corn field under different lateral layout in Hexi inland region.Simulated the soil water infiltration processes of1 film 1 line 2 rows,1 film 2 lines 3 rows,1film 2 lines 4rows,1film 2 lines 5rows four kinds of lateral layout through mathematical model.Simulation results show that: 1 film 1 line 2 rows,1 film 2 lines 3 rows and 1 film 2 lines 4rows can meet the requirements of corn growing,which is having some feasibilities;However,in order to meet the water needs of crop growth process,it is suggested that extending the irrigation time about 2 hours for 1 film 2 lines5 rows when the dripper flow is 1.6L/h and the single dripper irrigation is 9.6L.3)Study on water consumption regularity and irrigation schedule of seed corn under drip irrigation under mulch in Hexi inland region.Carried out field experiments in Shule River Basin Yumen city to develop different irrigation,and monitoring seed corn plant height,leaf area index,dry matter accumulation and other growth indicators,soil moisture dynamics,and determination of harvest yields to analyze the water consumption and water productivity under the different irrigation.Based on this study proposed above,proposing some suitable drip irrigation under mulch irrigation systems of seed corn in Hexi inland region.Combined with experiment results,calculating and analyzing the water saving benefits,economic benefits and input-output under different treatments of drip irrigation under mulch.
