Test was made in farmland in the near the Henan agricultural University Science Park in 2013-2015.The test was the use of a Sha Zhu plug drain corn field rainwater during the rainy season,to reduce corn waterlogging,and storing excess moisture in deep soil at the same time.Meanwhile the wheat with different treatment was to promote root growth in the quarter of wheat,in order to spend the dry season better.Main results are as follows:1.The root growth of wheat seedlings was inhibited badly by PEG.The root length increased significantly under PEG in wheat seedlings treated with propionic acid and butyric acid.The chlorophyll content of wheat seedlings treated by butyric acid was minimal influenced under PEG.The biomass of wheat seedlings treated with butyric acid was the most,and the difference was reached remarkable level with the normal,under PEG.2.In the early stage and metaphase of maize,the Sha Zhu group grown better than the normal group,the plant height increased 5 cm,10 cm respectively,but did not reach the remarkable level in July and August with more rainfall.The leaf area of maize in the Sha Zhu group increased significantly more than the normal group of 230 cm2?420 cm2 in the seventh leaf period and 12 leaf period,especially 12 leaf period,and reached remarkable level.The corn yield of Sha Zhu treatment increased 400 kg/hm2 than the non-Sha Zhu maize yield on average,but not reach the significant level.The difference of maize yield constituent factors in Sha Zhu Group and normal group was mainly manifested in the TKW,and the TKW of Sha Zhu Group was increased by 1%.3.The area of flag leaf of wheat with paclobutrazol group was increased significantly and reached significant level compared with CK.The leaf area of the wheat flag also increased with phosphate fertilizer,but it did not reach a significant level compared with the CK.The DM was significantly more than CK and phosphate fertilizer treatment in each growth stage of the wheat,especially in the late stage of development(the Grain-filling stage and the Maturity stage),the DM of the wheat was increased significantly compared with the CK.The biomass of the wheat with paclobutrazol was higher than the reduction irrigation during the regreening stage and heading stage,while the biomass of reducing irrigation was higher than the normal irrigation in thejointing stage,grain-filling stage and maturity stage.The biomass of phosphate fertilizer treatment is more than the normal irrigation on whole growing season of wheat.CK?paclobutrazol and phosphate fertilizer reached the peak of the grain filling rate at the same time,under the Sha Zhu and decrement irrigation groups;after the peak,the wheat grain filling rate of CK and phosphate fertilizer was decreased rapidly,while the wheat grain filling rate of paclobutrazol remained a relatively high rate.The wheat of CK under the Sha Zhu and normal irrigation group,no Sha Zhu and reduction irrigation group,no Sha Zhu and normal irrigation group reached the peak of the grain filling rate at the same time,with Sha Zhu and reduction Irrigation group;phosphate fertilizer and paclobutrazol treatment have peak post-shift phenomenon,especially the paclobutrazol,the peak post-shift phenomenon is apparent,and the peak after the down slowly.The yield of the paclobutrazol treatment was better than CK,but not significant;the yield of phosphate fertilizer was only better than CK slightly or basically flat in the case of normal irrigation.The performance of reducing irrigation is worse than normal irrigation slightly,when there is the Sha Zhu;while,normal irrigation behaved better,when no Sha Zhu.The Sha Zhu treatment was better than the non-Sha Zhu treatment in the case of reducing irrigation,but the advantage was not obvious;in the normal irrigation,there is a slight difference in Sha Zhu treatment.In the early stage of wheat growth,the POD activity of the wheat leaves with paclobutrazol treated and phosphate fertilizer was higher than the CK.In the late growth period,the POD activity of the paclobutrazol group was higher than normal irrigation treatment,and the significant level was achieved in some groups.The POD activity was lower than the CK when the normal irrigation and no Sha Zhu group under the phosphate fertilizer treatment.The activity of the CK with the reduced irrigation was higher than the normal irrigation's activity,when there is Sha Zhu;but when not the Sha Zhu,the activity of CK of reducing irrigation was much lower than the activity of normal irrigation,and the difference reaches a remarkable level.In the regreening stage,the MDA were significantly lower than the CK,under the application treatment and phosphate fertilizer treatment in the Sha Zhu and normal irrigation group,no Sha Zhu and reduction irrigation group,no Sha Zhu and normal irrigation group and Sha Zhu and reduction Irrigation group.In the Sha Zhu and reduction irrigation group,in addition to the heading period,the MDA in the wheat plants of paclobutrazol treatment and fertilizer treatment was lower than the CK,during the regreening stage,the jointingstage,grain-filling stage and maturity stage.In the same irrigation level,the WSC of wheat with Sha Zhu treatment was lower than that no Sha Zhu.The WSC in paclobutrazol treatment of Sha Zhu group was lower than the no Sha Zhu group in the jointing stage,grain-filling stage and maturity stage,under normal irrigation conditions.
