Abstract/Summary:
Theoretical basis for promoting fruit quality and experiments were preformed to investigate the effects of the photosynthesis of all around the days and the quality of fruit that through the methods that the shoots of ‘Summer Black ’and‘Moonlight Seedless’ were cut with different leaves during fruit enlargement period,the grapes of ‘Giant Rose’ were dealt with different trellis systems.Moreover,experiments were also preformed to investigate the effects of Na2SeO3 in order to understand the regulation mechanisms of fig foliar feeding selenium,and it was sprayed with different times of Na2SeO3 and evaluated the indicators of photosynthesis,the physiological characters of fruit quality and the content of heavy mental in fruit.Additionally,it provided theoretical basis for promoting fruit quality.In this experiment,we took the grape of 6 years of ‘Summer Black ’ and‘Moonlight Seedless ’as tested material and the leaves were dealt with separately,4slices of leaves were remaining on the inflorescence,and the sub-lateral shoots with one slice of leaf which were cut repeatedly remained that used as control.The treatments were as follows: every branch was remained 10 slices of leaves,15 slices of leaves and 20 slices of leaves separately,and each sub-lateral shoot with one slice of leaf was cut repeatedly.In order to investigate the effects of the photosynthesis of leaves and the quality of fruit under different trellis systems,and the grapes of ‘Giant Rose ’ of 6 years were used as the material of experimental.The results indicated that the contents of chlorophyll,the leaf of net photosynthesis rate,the solitary fruit,soluble acid,the weight of fruit,the grape of hardness and the degree of pigmentation increased with the adds of remaining the different leaves.However,the fruit of titratable acid declined with the increase of remaining leaves.Something can be reached that remaining 20 slices of leaves were suitable for the variety of ‘Summer Black ’ and ‘Moonlight Seedless ’.In the terms of this experiment,20 slices of leaves were remaining that can be significantly improved the quality of fruit.The ‘Giant Rose’ of double arms had positive effect on leaf photosynthesis that compared with one-arm espalier form.Moreover,the results indicated that under full sunlight the change trend of net photosynthetic rate showed a double peak curve,and the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance increased,while intercellular CO2 concentration decreased.The net photosynthetic rate of double arms more than the net photosynthetic rate of one-arm 2.37% at the ten o’clock.What’s more,the weight of fruit,the single weight of fruit and the content of soluble acid of double arms more than one-arm 11.54%,25.73% and 7.42%.However,the content of titratable acid of double arms less than one-arm16.36%.The results can provide theoretical basis for fig fruit quality improvement.The results showed that foliar application of selenium had positive effect on leaf photosynthesis of fig.Under full sunlight,the change trend of photosynthetic rate showed a double peak curve.On the one hand,by foliar application of selenium,the leaf net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance increased,while intercellular CO2 concentration decreased.The selenium and chlorophyll content in fruit of fig increased after application of selenium more times.The content of heavy metal cadmium and lead gradually decreased with the times of water application(< 3 times)but with no significant difference among treatments.However,this trend was reversed when application dosage increased further to T3.When sprayed with 3 times of Na2SeO3,the content of heavy metal in fruits increased and the content of chlorophyll declined along with the declining of the fruit quality.In this study,some conclusion can be reached that the optimal condition for foliar application of selenium is 8mg.kg-1 with 2 times,under which the leaf photosynthesis and chlorophyll content increase.To a certain extent the fruit of internal quality the appearance in the fruit can be improved,and the heavy metals in fruit such as the content of cadmium and lead can be reduced.
