With the economic development,China's animal husbandry has been rapid development. In the development, manure pollution of the environment has become an issue can not be ignored.High temperature aerobic composting of manure can achieve a Principles of Environmental managing. In this paper, manure higher yield and higher cellulose content of cow dung for the study, mainly to do the following research:1.First of sample collection, the samples were degrading bacteria enrichment isolates, the isolated bacteria were screening, rescreening, eventually screened with high degradation of four strains of bacteria:actinomycetes TG1 Bacillus subtilis P3,HN1,Bacillus HP2.2.Four strains were determined on the growth curve, determine the best time of inoculation,P3 and HN1 for the 8h,HP2 for the 9h,TG1 for the 96h,with L9(34)orthogonal experiment method to determine the four strains of best ratio of:TG1:P3:HP2:HN1=3:1:1:1.Rice husk powder with sterile adsorption fermented broth, dried, and measured for the number of bacteria were 3cfu,will be placed in the prepared complex microbial inoculants 4 ?,dry environment preservation.3.Studied the complex microbial inoculants applied manure composting effect,by measuring the pHysical, chemical, biological indicators of changes in the composting process to analyze the influence of agents on adding compost manure, compost determine the effect of determining microbial agents dosage.Test by separately adding ‰,5‰ microbial agents compost(treatment 2,treatment 3)and the blank test(treatment 1)as control and found that treatment 2,3 to deal with a handle,a day ahead rose to the highest temperature, and added agents of the test group of high temperature lasts longer, adding compost inoculants lower moisture content at the end of composting, the higher seed germination index,C/N lower,pH value is closer to eight, health indicators are also consistent with the agricultural industry standards, reach maturity.Comprehensive analysis of various indicators change inoculation complex microbial agents derived compost composting process can promote and accelerate the maturity of compost. In this experiment, the effect of processing more than 3 compost for 2,so in this test to determine when the compost with 5‰ of the amount of microbial agents better.4.Also studied the effect of the impact of added cellulase preparation inoculated complex microbial inoculants compost on the basis of the test is divided into four treatments were:treatment a(control group),treatment b 5‰ composite micro-organisms inoculation agents),treatment c(compost inoculated with 5‰ composite micro-organisms 0.3‰ cellulase),treatment d(compost inoculated with 5‰ composite micro-organisms 0.5‰ cellulase);By composting various pHysical, chemical, biological indicators of change process analysis drawn:the use of compost on the basis of microbial agents cellulase preparation was added to further improve the compost peak cellulase activity, improve the speed of bacterial growth, improve pile temperature and high-temperature duration, improved seed germination index, improve the quality of compost.Through experiments can be seen better handle d handle b handle c effect,so this test results in vaccinated 5‰ composite micro-organisms in cow dung compost, while adding 0.5‰ cellulase is more conducive to cow dung compost.
