The laboratory designed to produce organic degradable nursery machine,nursery machine to the principle of negative pressure adsorption preparation of wet pots.On the one hand the system is still in the demonstration stage,can not be put into practical application;on the other hand the preparation of high viscosity organic raw materials in the laboratory is still a lack of effective preparation experience.The preparation,operation and preparation of the raw material are still in the exploratory stage.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the debugging of the equipment and explore the preparation process of raw material and nursery stock.In this paper,four kinds of raw materials,such as pure corn stover,pure corn stover mixed pig manure,alkali treated corn stover and alkali treated corn stover mixed pure corn stover,were prepared and run,and four kinds of raw materials were prepared.The apparent viscosity of the raw materials and the composition and rheological properties of the corn stover fibers were studied.The fertilizers were prepared by the single factor and the two factors.The dry matter concentration(TS)Blank forming and stripping the impact of the law:(1)The debugging and operation of the organic degradable nursery machine were introduced.The details of the mold design parameters of the nursery machine were introduced in detail.The whole machine test was carried out.The use of good performance,can be part of the batch test.(2)The apparent viscosity of the organic feedstock and the composition of the alkali treated maize stover were measured.The results showed that the apparent viscosity of pure corn stover was the lowest,the alkali residue of corn stover was the highest,and the apparent viscosity of the two kinds of raw materials was 220 times.The content of lignocellulose was 80?90 after 3%alkali concentration solution%,The remaining 10 to 20%of the soluble sugar,fat and other substances.(3)Exploring the rheological properties of alkali-treated maize stover raw materials.It was found that the alkali-treated maize stover raw material belongs to the pseudoplastic fluid,the pretreatment time is higher on the 10th day,uniformity of 80 to 100%,the viscosity of TS is higher at 5?6%,the rheological index n and the consistency coefficient K are larger when the alkali concentration is 3%The viscosity and the consistency of the organic raw materials are the highest.At room temperature,the viscosity of organic raw materials is the highest,with the temperature increasing,the viscosity of organic raw materials obtained by 2?4%alkali concentration decreases linearly with temperature,which conforms to the one-time function model;,And the higher speed,the viscosity decreased faster.(4)Raw materials of pure corn stovers and raw materials of pure corn stovers were prepared by single factor test method.Found that the raw material to increase the dry matter concentration and pulp absorption time,bowl thickness increases,wet billet does not produce potential blow point,the whole is more uniform,forming rate of 100%.When the thickness is less than 20mm,the success rate of the blanking of the nursery bowl is 0,and when the blank is more than 20mm,the success rate of stripping can be increased to 50%,but there is a problem of wet billet and easy break.(5)2-factor test method,the treatment of corn stovers and alkali treatment of corn stovers mixed with pure corn stover raw materials to prepare nursery bowl wet blank.Under the same test conditions,the dry matter concentration of the raw material was less than 2%and the suction time was less than 25s.The wet weight of the nursery bowl was thin,and there was a potential blow point,but the uniformity of the bowl was low,The dry matter concentration is higher than 4%,the pulp suction time is more than 45s,the raw material is excessively attached to the punch,the thickness is extremely uneven,the forming and stripping success rate is 0;the thickness of the bowl is more than 5mm,Forming rate and stripping success rate of 100%.The above research results can help to provide practical experience and reference for the improvement and optimization of the system,the preparation process of raw materials and the preparation of the blanks.
