As the foundation of the ecosystem, soil was not only a premise to the survival of plant nutrients, but also the important link of material circulation and energy flow in the entire biosphere lifeline.Rich nutrients, microorganism and soil enzyme in the program of plant growth and development had important significance in the soil, and these kinds of research had been particularly important. This study chose Mopan mountain national forest park in yunnan province as an experimental area, and chose the typical three kinds of forests(Quercus aquifolioides forest,Broad-leaved mixed forest,Pinus armandi natural secondary forest)in the similar conditions similar as the research objects. We used forest soil analysis methods, the soil enzyme activity and its research methods, the soil microbial method to analyse soil physical and chemical properties, enzyme activity and microorganism amount. In the meanwhile,we used the path analysis to study the relationship between soil physical-chemical factors, microorganism quantity and the soil enzyme activity. The results were as followed. In the soil of three kinds of forests, the soil urease, catalase, invertase and proteinase activities were gradually decreased with the increasing of soil depth. There were close relationships between soil urease, catalase, invertase activity and soil physical and chemical properties, and microbial quantity. There were obvious differences from the soil of three kinds of forests in the soil physical and chemical properties and microbial quantity to enzyme activity. In the soil of Quercus aquifolioides forest, urease and catalase activity were largely caused by the organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen,p H-value,available phosphorus. The most important influencing factors of invertase activities were organic matter, available K and alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen. In the soil of Broad-leaved mixed forest, the important affected factors of urease activity were alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium and the number of fungi. The key affected factors of catalase activity were soil bulk density,pH-value,organic matter and total phosphorus. The main factors that affected the invertase activity were soil bulk density,pH-value,alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen, total phosphorus. In the soil of Pinus armandi natural secondary forest, the important affected factors of urease activity were p H-value,bacterial population, water Content, the number of fungi. The key affected factors of catalase activity were total nitrogen, total phosphorus mass fraction and alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen. The main factors that affected the invertase activity were p H-value,total phosphorus mass fraction, total nitrogen and population of actinomycetes.
