| Some species of freshwater snails have hazards to human being.For example,Oncomelania hupensis is the only intermediate host of Schistosoma japonicum,eliminate Oncomelania hupensis is a pivotol part of prevent and cure Schistosoma japonicum.Pomacea canaliculata have a great threat to agricultural production.Effective killing and control of these freshwater snails is becoming an important task that we must to confront.Solidago cnadensis L.is plant of composite and was transplanted to China in 1930s.Solidago canadensis L.is spreading rapidly in many parts of China.The preliminary study results show that Solidago canadensis extraction has certain molluscicide activity.In this paper,we take Bellamya quadrata Benson of freshwater snails as recipient animal to study the material basis of Solidago canadensis extraction on molluscicide activity.The aboveground parts of Solidago canadensis were percolated with 95%ethanol and fractional extraction in different organic solvent.We got petroleum ether components,ethyl acetate components,n-Buoh componets and water component at last.Study on Bellamya quadrata Benson control effect in different concentrations of petroleum ether components,ethyl acetate components,n-BuOH components,the result shows that the three components all have the control effect on Bellamya quadrata Benson,but the best effect is petroleum ether components,its IC50 is 1.10g/L in 24h and 0.23g/L in 48h.The primary chemical compositions of petroleum ether components were measured with gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS).There are 15 compounds in petroleum ether components were identified.It’s accounted for 99.93%of the total components.The result shows the highest content is long-chain fatty acid and their esters(57.17%).We take methods of silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization to separate and purify the ethyl acetate extract of the aboveground parts of Solidago canadensis,and eight compounds in ethyl acetate components were obtained.Four compounds were identified.The four compounds were β-sitosterol(1),stigmasterol(2),quercetin(4)and kaempferol(5). |
