This article chooses different ecological source of 11 island cotton cultivars by NCII mating design,set high and low nitrogen treatment,by using the additive and dominant genetic model under different nitrogen treatment,related parameters of sea island cotton nitrogen efficiency growth characteristics,different development period of nitrogen efficiency genetic law of relevant indicators,different development period of nitrogen efficiency index and yield,quality traits and their relationship between factors were studied.The conclusion is as follows:1.The island cotton cultivars under different nitrogen conditions and related parameters of F1 generation of nitrogen efficiency in different periods of development change rule and performance characteristics.High nitrogen treatment of dry matter weight,stem dry weight,total nitrogen content and nitrogen accumulation quantity are higher than that of low nitrogen treatment in different periods of time;Different nitrogen treatment,enzymatic activity with developmental stages have different performapce;The output of high nitrogen treatment was higher than low nitrogen treatment;The influence of different nitrogen treatment on quality.Different nitrogen treatment,cotton leaves and stem dry matter and nitrogen accumulation of dry matter quantity change process conforms to Logistic equation,increased nitrogen to parents and F1 generation of dry matter accumulation and nitrogen accumulation amount in different development phases have different effects.Nitrate reductase activity under different processing performance are different;Total nitrogen content declined with the growth and development process;The output of high nitrogen treatment was effective for fluid and single boll weight per plant by increasing the yield.2.Island cotton cultivars under different nitrogen conditions and related parameters of F1 generation of nitrogen efficiency genetic regularity in different periods of developmentSea island cotton whole plant dry matter weight of genetic variance results show that,the change of the whole plant dry matter controlled by additive and dominant effect at the same time,additive and dominant effect under the different treatment in different time.Stem dry matter of genetic variance showed that,different nitrogen treatment,additive effect are expressed in most of the time,the dominant effect in material development early flowering stems before,after the bell stage expression.Nitrate reductase activity of genetic variance showed that,high nitrogen treatment,in the fluid phase is given priority to with additive effect;In low nitrogen treatment,early flowering is given priority to with additive effect.Total nitrogen content of genetic variance showed that,low nitrogen treatment,additive effect was observed after the budding stage,bell stage,high nitrogen treatment,additive effect appeared in the budding period,coated,boll opening period.Nitrogen accumulation quantity of genetic variance showed that,additive effect mainly in low nitrogen treatment early flowering,coated with bell stage expression,In high nitrogen treatment of budding stage and bell stage.Quality traits,different nitrogen treatment,fiber length and fiber strength were mainly controlled by additive effect.Per plant yield,low nitrogen treatment,the number of effective fluid,the single boll weight and grading is mainly controlled by dominant effect;High nitrogen treatment,only lint mainly controlled by additive effect.3.Related indicators of the heritability of sea island cotton nitrogen efficiency performanceIsland cotton whole plant dry matter rate of genetic analysis showed that,low nitrogen treatment,after full bloom,high nitrogen treatment,after the early flowering,to select good net choice response can be obtained.Stem the heritability of dry matter shows that,low nitrogen treatment,after flowering,high nitrogen treatment,at the beginning of the budding period,choose a good response can be obtained.Nitrate reductase activity of heritability showed that,low nitrogen treatment,early flowering genetic rate is bigger,high nitrogen treatment,wadding stages heritability is bigger.Heritability showed that total nitrogen content,low nitrogen treatment,in the boll opening stage,the choice of its effect is better;In the budding period the heritability of high nitrogen treatment is bigger.Nitrogen accumulation quantity heritability showed that,low nitrogen treatment in 60 days,on the choice of high nitrogen treatment in the 80th days get good response.Quality traits heritability showed that,low nitrogen treatment,uniformity mainly by dominant effect is given priority to,fiber length and fiber strength can be selection in early generation.The heritability of yield traits showed that.low nitrogen treatment,seed cotton weight per plant,lint weight desirable genetic improvement for better effect;High nitrogen treatment,lint can be better effects of genetic improvement in early generation.4.In the different stages of sea island cotton nitrogen efficiency indicators of genetic correlation analysisIsland cotton whole plant dry matter and total nitrogen content of genetic correlation shows that,low nitrogen treatment,coated with boll period of cotton leaves dry matter and total nitrogen content is given priority to with additive correlation;High nitrogen treatment,at the beginning of the budding period,flowering and boll period and total nitrogen content is given priority to with additive correlation.And nitrogen accumulation amount,low nitrogen treatment,coated with fluid mainly additive correlation;High nitrogen treatment,the budding period of the nitrogen accumulation quantity there is a close relationship with plant growth and development of the following.Stem dry matter and total nitrogen content,different nitrogen treatment,after the budding period of the total nitrogen content and period stem growth and development have close relationship.And nitrogen accumulation amount,low nitrogen treatment,coated with stem dry matter and nitrogen accumulation during the blooming period is given priority to with additive correlation between:High nitrogen treatment,in the budding period,coated with dry weight and nitrogen accumulation during part during the blooming period is given priority to with additive correlation between.Nitrate reductase activity and total nitrogen content,different nitrogen treatment,nitrate reductase activity and total nitrogen content is given priority to with dominant correlation,along with the advancement of development of dominant related more closely.And is given priority to with dominant correlation between nitrogen accumulation amount,especially in the late development dominance is more closely related.Total nitrogen content and nitrogen accumulation amount,low nitrogen treatment,early and late development of nitrogen and total nitrogen content is given priority to with additive correlation between cumulative amount.Total nitrogen content and yield,quality traits,mainly in the middle of the total nitrogen content development is given priority to with dominant correlation.Nitrogen accumulation amount and yield,quality,coated and low nitrogen treatment,through the early flowering,the nitrogen accumulation quantity of genetic improvement from the bell stage has good effect on yield and quality;High nitrogen treatment,through the budding period and nitrogen accumulation during the blooming period has good effect of genetic improvement on quality traits.5.Sea island cotton parents and F1 generation of nitrogen efficiency breeding utilization value.Sea island cotton,the genetic effect of the total nitrogen content of parents and F1 value shows that,low nitrogen treatment,parents A4 and parents BI as male parent and female parent.the total nitrogen content in each period of hybrid offspring will be increased.Hybrid F1,A1×B2 material in the middle and later periods of the development of positive dominant;High nitrogen treatment,the budding period of the parent A3,B3 and B4 are significant additive effect.In F1,A4×B5?A6×B2 and A6×B5 in most of the time performance are dominant effect.Parents and F1 generation of nitrogen accumulation quantity of genetic effect value,low nitrogen treatment,can see in the late development of F1 generation of A1×B2?2×B2?A4×B3?A4×B5?A6×B2 and A6×B5 material dominant effect is most obvious.In the growth and development of high nitrogen treatment,the Fi heterosis is obvious from the bell stage,A2 B2 materials in full bloom,bell stage and bell stage for significant positive dominant effect.
