Recently,beta agonist drugs poisoning events happen,even if it is specified by countries such as China and the EU to ban beta agonists for animal growth promoters.Driven by the interests,bad events still happen.Therefore,research of a kind of rapid detection technology has a certain value and significance.Magnetic metal organic framework polymers has a large specific surface area,chemical with high thermal stability and strong paramagnetism and adjusted aperture,which can quickly separate the target analytes and complex matrix for sample pretreatment,improve the adsorption capacity of the target analyte,molecularly imprinted materials about the recognition of target molecules with special memory function.This article will combine magnetic organic framework material surface with molecularly imprinted polymers by chemical bonds combination,forming a core-shell structure composite materials used for rapid pretreatment of beta agonists.The structure is as follows:1.The research establishes a new sample pretreatment method about the benzene ethanol amine,with A benzene ethanol amine as template molecule,functional monomer methyl acrylic acid,cross-linking agent for two glycol methacrylate,amino modified ferroferric oxide,terephthalic acid,zinc nitrate six water,N,N-dimethyl formamide as solvent,by"one pot"reaction,preparation for magnetic molecularly imprinted metal organic framework materials?M-MIP@MOF-5?,characterization by using IR,XRD,SEM,sample recovery rate by LC-MS/MS detection,optimized the reaction conditions,conditions of adsorption and elution conditions.2.For the first application of M-MIP@MOF-5 in the urine sample purification,feed,wool,and combined with LC-MS/MS detection,methods of recovery is 51%99.98%,the method detection limit is lower than 0.05 ng/m L,and loq of less than 0.15 ng/m L.The effect of the composite target analytes adsorption efficiency and selectivity is much better than traditional liquid-liquid extraction,solid phase extraction,immune affinity,molecular imprinting sample pretreatment techniques.3.A novel competitive enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay for detection of clenbuterol based on Au@Pt mimic enzyme catalysis has been developed.The crucial parameters including conjugation condition of Au@Pt and antigen,incubation temperature and amount of H2O2.Under optimum conditions,the linear range of the developed method was from 0.0ng/m L to 2.0 ng/m L and the linearity correlation coefficient was 0.9912.The limit of detection as low as 0.1 ng/mL,could be achieved with the developed method,which was better than commercial HRP enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay.The recovery of clenbuterol in spiked sheep urine was above 77.5%.Especially,the developed method was applied into detection of clenbuterol in real sheep urine samples and the results could be in accordance with the results that achieved with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
