The evaluation methods of seedling quality includes morphological index,physiological index and vitality index.Traditional morphological methods and physiological methods are time-consuming and cumbersome,some are detrimental to the test,and the evaluation method is relatively simple.In recent years,there have been more research and progress on the morphological and physiological indexes of Pinus massoniana Lamb.,But there is a vacancy in the rapid and non-destructive evaluation of the quality of Pinus massoniana Lamb.seedlings.The seedlings used in this experiment as the experimental materialswere annual one-year-old Pinus massoniana Lamb.seedlings which were taken from the Changchu Forest Farm of Shaheji Forestry in Anhui Province and the state-owned forest farms of Huangping County in Guizhou Province.Thetraditional methods and three-dimensional reconstruction and near-infrared spectroscopy(The linear fitting model,the exponential fitting model and the polynomial fitting model)were used to select the optimal fitting model between the two methods of Pinus massoniana Lamb.,which was fast and accurate for the future barren hills.,Non-destructive testing of Pinus massoniana Lamb.seedlings laid the foundation for quality.To study the relationship between the two indicators,to understand the relationship between morphological indicators,physiological indexes and vitality indicators,and to find the direction for the quality evaluation of Pinus massoniana Lamb.seedlings.The main research results are as follows:1.Binocular stereoscopic three-dimensional method and artificial method were used to determine the height,diameter,root length and grade Ⅰ root of each of the 100 provenances of Pinus massoniana Lamb.The optimal model of Pinus massoniana Lamb.morphological index screening was established by using two kinds of linearity,exponential and polynomial models.The results showed that the seedling height and root length and the optimal fitting model were the linear.The results showed that the root length,ground diameter,grade Ⅰ root number and provenance diameter of the provenances of Guizhou Province were the best model of polynomial fitting model.2.Near-infrared spectroscopy and artificial methods were used to determine the water content,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and N content of each of the 100 provenances of Pinus massoniana Lamb.The results showed that the content of soil water content,chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content in Guizhou Province were the best,and the optimum conditions were as follows: The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: The results showed that the soluble sugar content,N content and provenance water content and chlorophyll content of Guizhou Province were the linear model.The optimal model was polynomial fitting model.3.According to the correlation analysis of the indica of Anhui germplasm,it was found that there was a significant negative correlation between N content and soluble sugar content and new root growth point.Seedling height,root length,ground diameter and grade Ⅰ lateral root and new root growth point.There was a significant positive correlation between them.According to the correlation analysis of the provenances of provenances in Guizhou,there was no significant correlation between water content,chlorophyll content,nitrogen content and total sugar content and new root growth point.The height,root length,There was a significant positive correlation between the new root growth points.
