Continuous cropping of soybean has caused soil nutrient imbalance,decrease of enzyme activity,decline of quality and yield and so on,have seriously restricted the industrialization of soybean production.Using field plot test method,we annalyzed the effects of soil replacement,soybean seed measures on soil enzyme activity,nutrient content of soil,the Fv/Fm,yield and quality of soybean,and eliminated the soybean continuous cropping obstacle.The results of the experiment are as follows:?1?During the soybean seeding stage,0 to 10 cm soil layer,The CK?no replacement of soil fertilizer?enzyme activity of soil urease was significantly hi gher than that other treatments,in the bloom period of soybean,T2?soil replac ement and increasing application 15% of phosphate fertilizer?and T3?soil repla cement and increasing organic fertilizer?,T4?no replacement of soil fertilizer an d soybean seed measures?treatment enzyme activity of urease was prominent higher than that of CK and T1?replacement of soil fertilizer?.10 to 20 cm soil layer,seeding stage and full bloom of soybean,the enzyme activity of urease o f T1,T2,T3 and T4 was lower than CK,and in pod and drum growth stage of soybean,soil urease activity was lower than that of T1.20 to 30 cm soil layer,in seedling stage,the enzyme activity of soil urease was generally consistent,10 to 40 cm soil layer,the enzyme activity of soil urease of other treatments w as not apparently higher than CK.In contrast with CK,T1 and T4,T2 and T3 treatments could raise the soil sucrose activity,T3 treatment soil sucrose enzyme activity was a little more than T2,0 to 30 cm soil layer,inpod stage and dru m growth stage,the enzyme activity of soil phosphatase of the T4,T1,CK were lower than that T2,T3,ranging from 30 to 40 cm soil layer,the soil phosphat ase activity of T2 treatment was exceed T3 a bit.0 to 20 cm soil layer,at d rum growth stage,the protease activity of CK,T1,T4 were remarkable less than that of T2,T3 treatments,the protease activity from high to low in the ord er: T2 > T3 > CK > T4 > T1,20 to 40 cm solums,at soybean seedling,t he protease activity of T2,T1 and T3 were higher than that of CK,T4,and diff erent treatments of the enzyme activity of soil protease decreased firstly and t hen declined.During the full bloom soybean,0 to 40 cm soil layer,the enzymeactivity of soil hydrogen peroxidase was highest in the blooming period,in th e determination of catalase,T2 and T3 were higher than other treatments.?2?In full bloom stage,the ratio of Fv/Fm of T2 was greater than other treatments,in pod growth stage,the the value of Fv/Fm T2,T4 were higher than that of CK,T1,T3,in the drum stage,the maximum optical efficiency from high to low in the order: T2 > T4 > T3 > T1 > CK.?3?Except for T2 treatment,the protein content of soybean of other treatments showed a change trend that decreased first and then increased,each growth period,the protein content of soybean of T3 was,in the full ripeness period,the grain protein content of soybean from high to low in the order: T3 > T2 > T1 > CK > T4.In soybean full ripeness period,the soybean fat content of T2 was the highest in the whole growth period,as the growth of the soybean increases,the fat content increases first and then becomes stable,the fat content of soybean of T1,T3 treatments were inferior to CK during whole growth period,the initial period,the fat content of T2 and T4 was processed the fat content of soybean of T2,T4 had a higher content.At the full ripe stage,the value of soluble sugar of T2,T3 were lower than others,which was beneficial to the improvement of soybean quality.?4?The soil replacement could enhance the three of the protective enzyme activity of soybean,soy seed dressing agent can increase catalase,nitrate reductase and peroxidase activities,and the T2 treatment has the best effect on lowering the protease activity of soybean leaves.Soil layer replacement with addition of organic fertilizer appropriately or soybean seed measures can reduce the incidence of soybean root rot.?5?The soybean production from high to low in the order: T2(2089.3 kg·hm-2)>T3(1925.8 kg·hm-2)> T4(1865.8 kg·hm-2)> CK(1734.9 kg·hm-2)> T1(1668.7kg·hm-2),the test results showed that the soil replacement and increasing phosphate fertilizer treatment was the most beneficial to improve soybean production.
