Vegetable greenhouses in Northeast China have many problems,such as high energy consumption,low efficiency,low quality,and so on.They can not meet the needs of the current economic construction,and can not meet the demand of the masses for vegetable supply.Vegetable greenhouse industry,compared with other industries,is the basis of all industries,related to the regional people’s food basket.With the improvement of people’s life and the pursuit of healthy living,traditional vegetable greenhouses have been far can not meet people’s needs,in order to promote the vegetable industry modernization,the need to improve in the aspects of technology,management,equipment,modern greenhouse industry will continue to increase,occupy most of the market,so as to realize the Northeast vegetable self-sufficiency.At present,the vegetable greenhouse industry in China has just started,from the national level or the provinces and cities in policy and technology to vigorously promote and support.Subsidize agricultural workers to transform existing greenhouses,participate in agricultural industry talks and learn new management techniques.Modern vegetable greenhouses mainly North of Guangzhou and other research institutes,in the northeast of the vegetable greenhouse industry development is extremely slow,for research and investment in this area is not much,the main reason is the northeast cold climate environment for vegetable greenhouse building envelope insulation,anti freezing technology is very strict.To some extent,it hindered the upgrading of vegetable greenhouses.This paper from the actual greenhouse vegetables in the northeast of the traditional greenhouse development process from the greenhouse and different time periods of the status of the analysis,in the northeast on the special climatic conditions,analysis on the traditional insulation technology,the study on energy consumption and energy saving in vegetable greenhouse.Finally,the structure,front slope,back slope and ground of the vegetable greenhouse are studied deeply,and the optimization design is carried out for the existing problems.Through the research and summary of this paper,it provides strong support for the further research of vegetable greenhouse thermal insulation technology in Northeast China,and serves as a supplement to the existing vegetable greenhouse theory research.The author’s research ability and knowledge structure are limited,and hope that the state can support and promote the modernization of the vegetable greenhouse industry,better service for the masses,and form a set of suitable for the northeast rural vegetable greenhouse insulation technology research on the first-hand information. |
