This study through the compound probiotics is added in the feed,measure the growth,non-specific immunity and the intestinal digestive enzyme activity in turbot,the feasibility of providing theoretical basis.Choose weight was 20.04 ± 0.23 g g of turbot young fish tail,180 were randomly divided into three groups,respectively T0,T1,T2,compound probiotics adding amount was 0%,1%,5%.60 days after the feeding experiment,the results show that the final weight of the fish body,specific growth rate,the rate of weight gain,as the compound probiotics and increased significantly with the increase of adding amount of,and in T2 effect is more obvious(P < 0.05);With the increase of the gradient of compound probiotics significantly reduce feed coefficient,and T2 fell more obvious(P < 0.05);Add in composite probiotic treatment group of T1 and T2 of the fish body full of fat and crude protein of whole fish and back muscles have significant increased(P < 0.05),crude ash of back muscles in the T2 has decreased(P < 0.05),while the liver of fish body than,intestinal body,dirty body,whole fish and back muscles,crude fat,crude ash of a whole fish,fish body part blood physiological and biochemical indexes and no significant difference(P > 0.05).Add in composite probiotic treatment group of T1 and T2 fish intestinal digestive enzyme activity has the tendency of increase,and the protease activity of amylase activity of T1,T2 and T1 and T2 of lipase activity has increased significantly(P < 0.05).Intestinal flora is determination of the use of high-throughput sequencing method,the results showed that with the increase of the gradient of compound probiotics,thick wall fungus door in T2 content is higher than other groups(P < 0.05),the content of acid bacteria door keeps increasing,and the largest in the T2(P < 0.05),T2 ACE index is T0 have increased significantly(P < 0.05),and T2 Shannon index is significantly higher than other groups(P < 0.05),and other index have no significant difference(P > 0.05).For intestinal histology observation found that as the compound probiotics,with the increase of adding amount of intestinal villi,intestinal wall thickness,number per 100 microns goblet cells was significantly increased,the number of intestinal villi and T2,every 100 microns goblet cells number,T1 and T2 intestinal wall thickness increase more significantly(P < 0.05).Parts of turbot nonspecific immune index and the expression of related genes for testing,the results as follows: with the increment of adding compound probiotics ACP,CAT and SOD activity in serum had obvious Increasing trend,the activity of ACP and T2,T1 and T2 the CAT and the activity of SOD increased significantly(P < 0.05);ACP and AKP in liver and the activity of CAT,SOD,LZM as compound probiotics amount varies,and T1 and T2 of ACP and AKP activity,T2 of the CAT and the activity of SOD and LZM has increased significantly(P < 0.05);As the compound probiotics,with the increase of adding amount of liver SOD,LZM activity related gene expression in quantity is also increasing,and reached the maximum in T2(P < 0.05).Summary,adding compound feed probiotic bacteria can enhance the growth performance of turbot,improve the activity of digestive enzymes,and improve the intestinal flora and nonspecific immune.
