With the high-speed development of soybean industry, transgenic soybeans has become the important research object of the development of soybean in the world. At the same time, the transgenic research of soybean has become one of the research focuses in the plant molecular biology at home and abroad, however, most scholars' research on genetically modified soybeans only include its feature, influence, safety evaluation and so on.In the category of Informetrics, more and more scholars research the development of a subject or field making visualizing map by the tool of mapping knowledge Domains. There are Library Science,Information Science,Pedagogy,Translation Studies in application fields, and scholars rarely use the tool of mapping knowledge Domains in agricultural field. In the study of transgenic soybeans, number, the research in number, research focus, study authors and institution are lacking from the perspective of the literature. This paper is built on research status of Chinese and global genetically modified soybeans and aimed at the problems existing in the process of transgenic soybeans development in our country. It put forward the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures for the research and development of transgenic soybeans by using the experience of the world's development in this field. And it provide certain theoretical basis and open up new areas of research for.mastering transgenic soybeans' research dynamic to scholars in our country. This article selects "genetically modified soybeans” as the research topic, retrieved and downloads the related documents as the analysis object in the CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP database and Web of Science database. It made a series of related scientific knowledge map about domestic and global transgenic soybeans in 2001 to 2015 by CiteSpace as a software tool using methods of statistical analysis,Literature research and comparative analysis and other scientific methods. These maps are identificated trend chart, keywords co-occurrence map,high-yield authors and institutions map. This paper compares the above four aspects and analyzes. The global and Chinese transgenic soybeans' number continues to grow and this field of global research is mature, while Chinese genetically modified soybeans' number present the trend of wave rising. After 2013,the number of genetically modified soybeans' research in our country presents down trend, and itsresearch is from the rapid development into the stable development. The research of domestic and global transgenic soybeans attaches great importance to itself, and many countries around the world have in-depth study in transgenic soybeans' gene expression and genetic transformation.Chinese research starts late and have shallow study in this aspect.Chinese scholars' groups of studying transgenic soybeans are relatively scattered, and they have less member and low cooperation degree. But scholars contact closely in the northeast.Global scholars' groups in the field are more and contact more closely.Chinese,Japanese and American researchers play an important role in global research.Chinese and global scholars have not close connection about the study because of regional differences, but overall global scholars' cooperation degree is far higher than the domestic. Our country has many research institutions of the field of transgenic soybean, but they have low degree of cooperation between each other. The authority of institutions and institutions of higher learning in the northeast and Beijing area are especially more.Global research institutions in the field contact closely, and mostly research institutes are in the United States. The United States makes great contribution to the research of transgenic soybeans.
