| With the improvement of life quality,the increasing demand for the environment and decoration on indoor,ornamental plants has also become the focus of interior decoration now.At present,ornamental plants are being used widely.It is not only recongnized as a decoration,but more used to purify the environment,remove formaldehyde,etc.Therefore,ornamental plants are more popular with consumers.In order to meet the needs of the market,ornamental plants are cultivated widely,which contributes to the incidence of a sharp upward trend of the disease variety,hazard scope and damage degree.There is no real-time information to effectively guide its diagnosis and control which leads to affect the yield seriously when the disease develop rapidly.The happence of Radermachera sinica leaf spot heavily reduced the ornamental value of Radermachera sinica and the pathogen of the disease has not been reported.In this case,it is very important to identify pathogens of the disease,its biological characteristics,screen effective chemicals and agents to provide scientific basis for prevently the disease effectively.In this paper,the relevant results is as follows:1.Based on the pathogen isolation,pathogencity test,morphology and cultural characteristics and molecular identification,the pathogens of Radermachera sinica leaf spot were identified as Neopestalotiopsis clavispora and Neopestalotiopsis saprophytica.2.Biological characteristics of leaf spot of Radermachera sinica were studied,indicated influences of different carbon source,nitrogen source,temperature,p H,on growth of mycelium and fungal spore or spore germination.3.The susceptibility of Radermachera sinica leaf spot of fungicides were tested.The results show that Neopestalotiopsis clavispora and Neopestalotiopsis saprophytica was most sensitive to Pyraclostrobine EC on mycelium growth and spore germinate,which can be used as the first choice in field efficacy test. |
