| With the development of information technology,data mining technology has been applied in many fields including artificial intelligence,pattern recognition and biological fields.The application of precision fertilization and data mining is also a hot issue.In the process of maize planting,reasonable fertilization can effectively promote the growth of Maize.However,there is no basis and targeted fertilization may lead to inadequate fertilization of low fertility soil,fertilization of high fertility soil.In view of this,the data mining technology can be used to classify the soil fertility,according to the results of classification,farmers can be targeted according to the specific situation of soil fertility.The soil can be classified in a clear way,and farmers will be able to fertilize scientifically according to the results of the classification.In this paper,N,P,K and organic matter content of soil samples were obtained by using density based OPTICS algorithm in clustering analysis,and OPTICS alaorithm has been improved with grid and information entropy.The core distance and reachable distance of each soil sample were calculated it is not the result of clustering,but the formation of a sort of clusters,the formation of the sample on behalf of the classification results.Based on the classification of soil fertility in No.3 village,No.thirteen,Yushu City,Jilin Province,the results show that the results are in accordance with the actual situation of soil fertility,the fertilization model was established by the method of nutrient balance,and the amount of N,P,K and other organic matter corresponding to different levels of soil were calculated according to the model.Finally,the precise fertilization decision-making system was designed,and the system was designed with C# language,The prescription map was introduced into the variable rate fertilizer applicator,and the variable rate fertilizer applicator was combined with the prescription map according to the geographic location information collected by GPS.Compared with traditional fertilization,the application was carried out in the town of Jilin,the input of chemical fertilizer was saved by 20.5%,and the yield of maize was increased by about 15%.The system provided a decision making scheme for scientific fertilization,which could reduce the input of chemical fertilizer and increase the yield of crops. |
