Drought is one of the important research topics involved in global,waxy maize as the main food crops of the northeast,combined with extreme droughts occurred frequently,so it is urgent to research content of waxy maize germplasm resources.This study with 50 waxy maize materials as the experimental material,through the period of germination and the jointing stage experiment,drought and water control in the PEG solution of artificial greenhouse potted artificial water control conditions,two kinds of processing system explores the important evaluation indexes of each period and using SSR molecular marker technique on the material groups,through the analysis,the following conclusions:1.Germination test showed that water stress on the relative germination rate,germination potential and length of embryo and radicle,germination index of drought resistance,storage material conversion,etc.All have the influence of different level.Evaluating drought resistance by the method of subordinate function,material,the spokesman,Y52,Y3-5,Y9-6 for germination drought resistance strong four varieties;,G04,Y8 Y2-4-5,Y1-10,Y3-12 for germination drought resistance the weaker species;The rest varieties for germination drought resistance of medium.2.The jointing stage test showed that waxy maize jointing stage moderate water(T1)and severe water shortage(T2)treatment of waxy maize physiological and biochemical indexes(proline,malondialdehyde,soluble sugar,cell protective enzyme)were higher than control,a few strains water determination indexes below T1 T2.Through the subordinate function method to the determination of drought resistance and material which spokesman,Y52,Y3-5,Y5-8,Y9-6,Y38,Y3-8 for germination drought resistance strong seven varieties;G04,G07,Y111,Y2,Y3,4-12,Y88 for weak jointing stage drought resistance varieties;The rest of drought resistance of medium.3.The SSR molecular marker and cluster analysis: 50 waxy maize inbred lines divided into 20 classes.The first category for Y1-10,;The second type is G08,G09;The third kind of G10,G18;The fourth class two subsets,the group 1 includes G25,subgroup 2 including Y2-11;The fifth class for Y13-6;Class 6 points two subsets,the group 1 includes Y3-8,2 including Y3-12,the G14 subgroup,G34,Y3-5,G07;Class 7 Y87;The eighth class to Y59;Class 9 points two subgroup,1 including G04 subgroup,a G12,Y5-8,Y88,Y10-3,the group including Y9 6,Y9-2-2,Y9-8,Y9-3,Y111,etc.4.Through the two periods related index determination and SSR molecular markers and clustering analysis concluded that the G25,Y52,Y3-5,Y9-6,Y38,Y3-8,Y11 7-9 this copy of maize inbred lines in the two different appraisal period are characterized by strong drought resistance;G36,G60 will be,Y25,Y2-11,Y5-8,Y8 ~ 3,Y8-11,5 the Y2 8 maize inbred lines in the two different appraisal period are characterized by moderate drought.Other selected waxy maize inbred lines compared with 15 drought-resistant strains screened out drought degree of good is bad,the stability is weak,so have not been selected as the experimental material of drought resistant strains,regarding its drought resistance remains to be further exploration and development.
