In this paper,we studied the tolerance and the hereditary study of different growth lines(Haungzaosi improve lines)and the heredity of different density.Using a density-based processing,the sub-species is a method of processing a split-plot design,based on the six Haungzaosi improved lines include the 4H171,4H297,4DH1-131,J1192,4H161,J2169,at 60000/hm2,75000/hm2,90000/hm2 density of three kinds of density analysis;Six Haungzaosi improve lines were used as male parent,and six other groups were used as female parent.According to the incomplete hybridization of 36 hybrids,the heterosis,combining ability and genetic parameters were analyzed under three kinds of densities The results showed that:1?The results of the identification of six Haungzaosi improve lines showed,4H161 belongs to the inbred line,4H171,4H297 and 4DH1-131 belongs to the middle-dense inbred line,J2169 belongs to the general inbred line,J1192 belongs to the non-dense inbred line.2?The results showed that the yield,plant height,ear height,stem diameter,spike length,spike length,shaft roughness,grain number and bald tip were significant.Haungzaosi improve lines 4H171 strong endemic traits,stem diameter,spike,axle weight,ear row number,100 grain weight,bald tip long.The results showed that there were plant height,ear position,panicle height,spike length,axle weight,ear number and row number.Haungzaosi improve lines 4DH1-131 resistant properties are,single plant yield,stem diameter,axle weight,shaft rough,ear row number,100 grain weight.3?The results of the heterosis analysis of the six Haungzaosi improve lines were shown,In the density of 60,000 plants/hm2,750,00 plants/hm2.90000/hm2,they had obvious heterosis,and the yield per plant was the highest at low density.The heterosis of the Haungzaosi improve lines with Reid groups was better,and it had some research value.4?General compounding analysis shows that,In the range of 60,000 plants/hm2.75 000 plants/hm2.9 million plants/hm2,the Haungzaosi improve lines 4H171 and J2169 the yield of individual plants was positive at all three densities.5?The general combining ability of single plant yield at three densities of PH6 WC was positive Zheng 58 in the 90 000/hm2 general high strength,the two lines of the strong resistance.6?Analysis of specific combining ability indicated In the range of 60,000 plants/hm2 both75000 plants/hm2 and 90000 plants/hm2 density,there were 10 combinations of SCA effect values were positive.Among them,there is one combination of 4H171,two combinations of 4H297,two combinations of 4DH1-131,two combinations by J1192,and a combination of 4H161,one of combination by J2169 with a combination.The identification of these combinations of tolerance further identified,the use of value.7?At all three densities,the variance of the general combining ability of single plant yield was less than that of special combining ability,and the yield per plant was mainly controlled by non-additive effect.The variance of the general combining ability of plant height,ear diameter,ear position,shaft roughness,ear row number and axle load was higher than that of special combining ability,which was mainly controlled by additive effect and additive effect.Stem diameter,spike length,bald tip length,row grain number mainly by non-additive effect control.8?The results of path analysis showed that the effect of panicle length on the yield per plant was the most prominent,especially under the condition of 90 000/hm2 high density.
