| This experiment was conducted to study the effects of organic trace elements(Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn)at different levels on production performance,slaughter performance,egg quality,meat quality,trace element content in the manure and serum index of Beijing you chicken.four hundred and twenty 18-week-old,Beijing you chicken were randomly allocated to 7 groups with 6 replicates of 10 birds in each.Group 1 was feed 100%inorganic trace elements.Group 2 was that without adding trace elements,Groups 3 to 7 were fed diets supplemented organic trace elements at 25%,50%,75%,100%,and 125%of requirements NRC(1994)recommended respectively.The trace elements include:manganese(Mn),iron(Fe),zinc(zinc),copper(Cu).The experiment lasted 60 days.1.The effect of organic trace elements at different levels on Beijing you chicken production performance and egg quality① Organic chelating trace elements added level to daily gain,feed ratio and egg weight had insignificant influence(P>0.05),but significant difference in terms of rate and daily feed intake(P<0.05).without adding trace elements of blank group(0%)to reduce the daily gain,egg weight,improve feed ratio,significantly reduce the daily feed intake,rate(P<0.05).75%organic trace element group daily feed intake and rate reached the highest,50%,75%,125%organic trace element groups had significantly increased daily feed intake,only 75%organic trace element group significantly increased the rate;② Organic trace elements added to egg protein level,hartz unit,egg yolk and the egg yolk color had a significant effect(P<0.05).25%organic trace elements group had the highest hartz unit and the albumen heightt,significantly higher than 100%inorganic trace elements group and without adding trace elements of blank group(0%);75%organic trace elements group had the highest yolk color and yolk weigh,yolk weigh significantly higher than 100%inorganic trace elements group and without adding trace elements of blank group(0%).2.The effect of effect(P<0.05),the slaughter rate,full eviscerated,half eviscerated,leg muscle rate have insignificant effect(P>0.05).25%,50%organic trace elements groups were significantly improved the rate of chest muscle,25%organic trace elements group has the highest rate of chest.100%inorganic trace elements group significantly reduced the rate of chest muscle(P<0.05);② Organic chelating trace elements added level only to breast muscle,leg muscle drip loss had a significant difference(P<0.05).the drip loss of without adding trace elements of blank group is significantly higher than other groups,100%inorganic trace elements group and other groups have insignificant difference on the drip loss(P>0.05).3.The effect of organic trace elements at different levels on Beijing you chicken content of trace elements in eggs,muscle and faeces.① The trace elements Cu,Mn content of eggs were significantly influenced by trace elements of different level(P<0.05),Compared with 100%inorganic trace elements,100%,125%organic trace element groups were significantly increase the content of Cu in the egg,125%had reached the highest;Mn content in the eggs of 75%organic trace element groups was significantly higher than other groups,Cu,Mn content of without adding trace elements of blank group were Significantly lower than other groups;② The trace elements Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn content of breast muscle,leg muscle was insignificantly influenced by trace elements of different level(P>0.05).③ The organic trace elements Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn content of faeces were significantly influenced by trace elements of different level(P<0.05).It was significantly higher than other groups and blank group that Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn content of 100%inorganic trace elements groups in the manure,50%organic trace elements group has the lowest Cu content.25%organic group has the lowest Mn content,blank group has the lowest Fe、Zn content.4.The effect of organic trace elements at different levels on Beijing you chicken serum index.The Alt,Mn,Fe,Zn in the serum were significantly influenced by trace elements of different level(P<0.05).25%,125%organic trace elements groups and blank group significantly reduced Alt levels,blank group was the lowest.25%,50%,50%,125%organic trace elements groups had significantly increased the Fe content it had insignificant difference between 100%inorganic trace elements group and blank group.25%,100%,125%organic trace elements groups had significantly increased the Mn content,100%inorganic trace elements group had the highest Zn content.The results showed:the organic compound in the diet with Beijing chicken trace element respectively by the NRC recommends requirements add 25%of the effect is good,can guarantee insignificant reduction of the trace elements in eggs at the same time avoid the excretion of excess of trace element in chicken manure,organic composite under the 75%level of trace elements in laying rate,can guarantee significantly reduce the Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn content in manure,significantly increase Mn content in eggs.Rate,egg yolk and egg yolk color are better than that of inorganic trace elements and blank group.This study analyzes believed that in terms of testing effect and environmental protection,trace element content from 25%to 75%of the effect is best. |
