Xinluzhong No.76 is the xinjiang academy of agricultural sciences institute of economic crops in September 2014 through the xinjiang uygur autonomous region of early and medium ripening upland cotton varieties authorized committee authorized the new varieties(new trial cotton in 2014,no.65),high and stable yield of the variety and good fiber quality comprehensive index,disease resistance,resistance and strong adaptability.In order to give play to the role of good varieties,maximum for law popularization,korla experiment stations in xinjiang academy of sciences,no.76 in the new land was carried out by sowing date,planting density,fertilizer,chemical regulation and multi-topping period ratio of experimental study and application way,the irrigation water,for science in the new land cultivation technique system of form a complete set of Xinluzhong no.76 to provide theoretical basis and technical support,the main results were as follows:(1)Xinluzhong No.76 in different sowing date experiment,boll number per plant and single boll weight and lint yield and yield to sowing date on 15 April,the highest in advance or delay all decreased;Flower rate with sowing period before the frost is on the decline;Fiber quality indexes in sowing date on April 15,the best,but no significant differences between treatment.(2)Xinluzhong No.76 in planting density test,is lint yields the highest density of 205000 plants,hm-2,followed by 22.2000 strains,hm 2,high density treatment,267000 strains of hm-2,minimum output,showed that the density too high or too low are difficult to obtain high yield.From the point of yield components,boll number per along with the increase of density decreased significantly,but the per unit area to the total number of fluid increased significantly,but the boll weight is slightly reduced.Planting density to have effects on fiber length and specific strength,with the increase of density,fiber length and specific strength showed a trend of decrease,but the difference did not reach significant level.(3)Xinluzhong No.76 in chemical control experiment.Shrink festival amine amount at the time of 210 g · hm-2,its output is higher,shrink festival amine quantity too little and too much are difficult to obtain high yield.With the increase of dosage of shrink festival amine,plant height and branch number is on the decline,and the economic coefficient is increased,the fiber quality indicators have no difference.(4)Xinluzhong No.76 in different periods in multi-topping trials,lint yield was highest,on July 15,followed by July 10,lowest in multi-topping yield on July 25,suggests that either early or late in multi-topping are difficult to obtain high yield.From the point of yield components,boll number per multi-topping time increase with the increase of the back,but single boll weight and lint on July 20th,but significantly reduced.In different periods in multi-topping to have effects on fiber length and specific strength,with the back of multi-topping time,fiber length and specific strength showed a trend of decrease,and the incompatible micronaire is smaller,but the difference did not reach significant level.(5)Xinluzhong No.76 in the ratio of fertilizer and applied test.Handling the output of B1 is higher,the different proportion of n,p,k and applied method has significant difference to the production,no difference change to fiber quality.(6)Xinluzhong No.76 on the irrigation water experiment,the growth duration irrigation water at 4500 m3 · hm-2 the highest yield,irrigation water too little or too much output decreased and significant difference,but the irrigation water no significant effects on fiber quality.
