The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of histamine H1 receptor antagonist chlorpheniramine and histamine H2 receptor antagonist cimetidine on low pathogenic avian influenza pneumonia, revealing that endogenous histamine in low pathogenic avian influenza the mechanism of action in pneumonia. Methods: 120 black pheasant chicks were randomly divided into chlorpheniramine group, cimetidine group, negative group and positive group. The patients were treated with the corresponding drug for 21 days.At the 7th,14 th and 21 th day,10 samples were randomly selected and weighed, and the carotid arteries were sacrificed after the blood was collected. The lungs were collected quickly, divided into three parts, one was histamine content,The morphological changes were observed by HE staining. One was treated with Carnoy's solution and stained with toluidine blue to observe the mast cells.Result: 1.The clinical symptoms of chlorpheniramine group were lighter than that of positive group and cimetidine group.2.At 37 and 51 days of age,the number of leukocytes and the number of lymphocytes in the blood were significantly higher(P<0.01)than those in the cimetidine group and the positive group. The number of white blood cells and the number of lymphocytes in the 44 th day old group were significantly(P<0.01)higher than those in the negative group and chlorpheniramine group. The number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin, erythrocyte volume and platelet were significantly lower(P<0.01)in the positive group than in the negative group and the chlorpheniramine group at the age of 37 and 51 days. The number of erythrocytes, erythrocyte volume and hemoglobin in the positive group at 44 days of age were significantly lower(P<0.01)than those in the negative group Negative group and chlorpheniramine group, while the positive group and cimetidine group platelet content was significantly higher(P<0.01)than the negative group and chlorpheniramine group.3.The number of mast cells in the lung parenchyma and airway mucosa were significantly(P <0.01)higher at the 7th and 14 th day and significant(P <0.05)than those in the other groups. At the 21 st day,was significantly higher(P <0.05)than that in other groups. The number of positive cells in the positive group was significantly lower(P <0.05)than that in the other groups.4.On the 7th day of the experiment, the negative group was significantly(P <0.05)lower than the other groups. On the 14 th day,the histamine content in the lungs of the chlorpheniramine group and the positive group was significantly(P <0.05)higher than that in the negative group and the cimetidine group. On the 21 st day,the histamine content in the lungs of the chlorpheniramine group and the negative group was significantly lower than that of the cimetidine group and the positive group, and the negative group was significantly(P <0.05)lower than that in the chlorpheniramine group.Conclision: 1.Chlorpheniramine can alleviate the clinical symptoms of chicken.2.Chlorpheniramine can reduce chicken lung injury and stable blood related indicators, cimetidine poor results.3.Chlorpheniramine and cimetidine can stabilize the chicken lung histamine content and mast cell count.4.Chlorpheniramine and cimetidine can stabilize the chicken lung histamine content and mast cell count.5.The levels of IL-1 and TNF-? in serum of chickens with low pathogenic avian influenza were not significantly affected by chlorpheniramine and cimetidine.
