In order to find out the effect of different cultivation measures on flower bud differentiation of flue-cured tobacco,K326 was used as the test material to study the difference of flower bud differentiation process between different transplanting period,fertilization amount and planting density on flue-cured tobacco variety K326,and the main agronomic traits As well as the relationship between intrinsic chemical substances and flower bud differentiation.The results show:1.with the transplanting period delayed,flue-cured tobacco into the various growth period,flower bud differentiation of the period of time are correspondingly delayed,differentiation is also relatively short duration,the whole field growth period was shortening;and transplanting period of flower bud differentiation The results showed that the first stage of the first leaf stage was the same as that of the first inflorescence primordium,which had a slight effect on the differentiation period of the male and female buds to the pollen mother cells.There was no significant difference in the other stages The flower bud differentiation stage was from 6 days to10 days after transplanting,and the is 131 d.The results showed that the effect of planting density on flower bud differentiation was sooner or later,and the density of flower buds was earlier than that of buds.The earlier buds were earlier,the earlier the buds were ripened;the flower bud differentiation time of different planting densities was 35 days after transplanting And the pollen development stage lasted for7 days,and the the higher the fertilization amount might be more favorable for flower bud differentiation.The results showed that the K326 could be transplanted from April 15 to 20,and the planting density was 900 plants / 667m~2.The growth rate of the flue-cured tobacco was the highest,,Fertilization amount of 5kg / 667m~2 to 7kg / 667m~2;from the seed production point of view,it is recommended that the area of planting K326 in the April 25 transplanting,planting density of 1300 / 667m~2,fertilizer 9kg / 667m~2.
