Natural Plants And Animals In Cheng-Chi Expressway Protection And Management Countermeasures

The integrity of the natural protection area depends on the diversity of ecosystem in the nature reserve,and the highway construction by Nature Reserve will destroy its integrity and influence of natural ecosystem protection zone.Cheng-chi highway construction will inevitably impact on the dynamic protection zone plant resources in Maojingba National Nature Reserve.This paper based on the field investigation,combined with AHP,the Cheng-chi highway construction was studied on the effects of animal and plant resources of nature reserves,the research achievements are as follows:1)The paper describes the natural environment and geographical features of the National Nature Reserve of Mao Jingba.By means of transect method,the species,scale,distribution position and protection level of the flora and fauna resources in the conservation area were investigated.The distribution characteristics of the plant and animal resources in the road area were analyzed by combining the results of the investigation.2)Considering the influence of the design stage,construction stage and operation stage on the living environment of the animals and plants along the highway,the main factors affecting the living environment of the animals and plants along the highway construction stage are analyzed.3)According to the main influencing factors,evaluation indicators were elected.By using AHP,evaluation model and evaluation system were established.The influence factors of each stage are evaluated,and the weight of the influencing factors at each stage is obtained.The results show that the weight of the line selection factor,construction machinery noise and vehicle noise are larger,and these factors have a greater impact on the plant and animal resources along the route.4)According to the principle of the protection of animals and plants in highway construction,and combining the evaluation results of the influencing factors affecting the living environment of animals and plants during the design period,construction period and operation period,the countermeasures for the protection and management of animal and plant resources are put forward.
