Effect Of Dead Actinomyces Cells On The Formation Of Humic Substance

As an important part of the soil,the soil humus is one of the indexes of the soil fertility,The activity of microorganism plays an important role in the formation and decomposition of the soil humus.In this study,the black soil was used as the test soil,Gray spore Streptomyces was used as the tested strain.Then measured the quantity of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes,microbial biomass carbon,the relative and absolute content of humus,the extractable humus and optical properties of each component of soil humus.)The results showed:1.The absolute content of HA in CK was 4.43g/kg,but when we incubated the black soil with 1% actinomycetes,the absolute content of HA increased about 0.56g/kg;when we incubated the black soil with 3% actinomycetes,the absolute content of HA increased about 1.56g/kg,when we incubated the black soil with 5% actinomycetes,the absolute content of HA increased 2.35g/kg.There was a significant difference.The relative content of HA in CK was 22.0%,when we incubated the black soil with 1% actinomycetes,the relative content of HA increased about 1.9%,when we incubated the black soil with 3% actinomycetes,the relative content of HA increased about 10.6%,when we incubated the black soil with 5% actinomycetes,the relative content of HA increased about 8.1%,It showd that as the time passed by,incubating the black soil with actinomycetes made the solubility of humic acid(HA)content increase.2.The absolute content of FA in CK was 7.68g/kg,when we incubated the black soil with 1% actinomycetes,the absolute content of FA decreased about 0.38g/kg,when we incubated the black soil with 3% actinomycetes,the absolute content of FA decreased about 0.77g/kg,when we incubated the black soil with 5% actinomycetes,the absolute content of FA decreased 0.47g/kg,there was a significant difference.The relative content of FA in CK was 63.4%,when we incubated the black soil with 1% actinomycetes,the relative content of FA decreased about 3.9%,when we incubated the black soil with 3% actinomycetes,the relative content of FA decreased about 9.8%,when we incubated the black soil with 5% actinomycetes,the relative content of FA decreased 11.9%.In general,the absolute and relative content of FA decreased.After incubating the black oil with actinomycetes,It proves that the absolute and relative content both decreased with the time pass by.they have significant differences.After putting actinomyces in the soil,the absolute and relative content of FA are less than the content in CK.3.The absolute content of humus in CK is 12.2g/kg,when the inoculum size is 1%,the absolute content of humus increased about 0.11g/kg,when the inoculum size is 3%,the absolute content of humus increased about 0.7g/kg,when the inoculum size is 5%,the absolute content of humus increased 1.79g/kg,they have significant differences.The relative content of humus in CK is 38.6%,when the inoculum size is 1%,the relative content of humus increased about 3.4%,when the inoculum size is 3%,the relative content of humus decreased about 0.9%,when the inoculum size is 5%,the relative content of humus decreased 6.2%.The content of humus proves that even though FA is decreasing,the content of HA is increasing,because of the great effect of actinomyces,putting it in the soil promotes the resolve of SOC,and HA’s speed of formation is faster than FA.4.There is a closely connection between PQ and HA,PQ ranged with the number of microorganism,when we put actinomyces in the soil,PQ in CK is 40.0%,when the inoculum size is 1%,PQ increased about 0.005%,when the inoculum size is 3%,PQ increased about 0.1%,when the inoculum size is 5%,PQ increased0.08%,they have significant differences.So,PQ had an obvious enhance.It was more profitably form HA,or we can say that was more good for HM or FA to change into HA,all the same,when the inoculum size was 3%,actinomyces had the biggest effect on PQ.5.?lgK of FA in CK is 1.07,when the inoculum is 1%,it increases about 0.06,when the inoculum is 3%,it increases about 0.22,when the inoculum is 5%,it increases about 0.13.?lgK of HA in CK is 0.47,when the inoculum is 1%,it increases about 0.08,when the inoculum is 3%,it increases about 0.05,when the inoculum is 5%,it increases about 0.05.it has an obvious increasing of number,it shown that actinomyces simplified HA molecular structure of the black soil,and actinomyces adding will promote more effects.
