Corn straw is a kind of renewable biological resources.In 2015,China’s corn planting area of 38 million 116 thousand and 600 hectares,corn production of up to 2.25 tons,corn straw production of up to tons of.Corn straw resources are extremely rich,wide range of uses,its comprehensive utilization way mainly has 5 kinds: namely fertilizer and feed,energy,material and material,but the actual use of the corn straw was only 35%,and 65% of the straw is not comprehensive utilization,among them,about 30% for the rural fuel,while the remaining 35% were farmers burn directly in the field or at the roadside village decay.Therefore,the waste of straw resources is extremely serious,but also caused serious pollution of rural production environment and social living environment.Corn straw resources double contradiction: on the one hand,five utilization of resources caused by insufficient low comprehensive utilization rate,on the other hand is a large amount of straw burning caused a serious waste of resources and pollution,the main cause of this phenomenon is restricted and reservoir comprehensive utilization of corn straw ring section technology and equipment is not reasonable,not it is difficult,so difficult to out of storage,transportation,storage ring section to solve the straw harvest mechanization technology and equipment is the technical bottleneck.The reasons of restricting the maize straw harvest difficult one is the original straw harvester,namely bundling machine is suitable for grass,wheat straw,rice straw is short and soft straw harvest is not suitable for corn,sorghum and other coarse long straw harvest,on the other hand,although the baler improved corn straw collection operations however,the two operation to pick up straw rate low,soil content is high,the straw utilization of poor quality and the influence of five.In view of the existing corn straw harvest technology and equipment problems,based on the idea of integration of panicle and stem harvest,corn harvesting,collection,forage,tying the four key technologies in one set,the corn straw does not fall harvest,solve the straw recycling existing corn harvest in the process of difficult,difficult transportation and storage difficult preparation,difficult,difficult problem from the burning technology and equipment.It has a strong theoretical and practical significance to add new models for corn combine harvester.In this paper,the design and test of the transmission device of corn stalk straw baling combine machine were carried out.The main research contents include:(1)the design and manufacture of devices connected to the round baler and the vertical snapping corn harvester: completed the 3D modeling,finite element analysis and connection device design bundling machine and vertical roller harvester chassis etc.;(2)the design and manufacture of the main parts of the transmission device: complete the design and manufacture of the bundle power transmission system;(3)the design and manufacture of the corn stalk conveying device after the forage conversion: the optimization and design of the structure and parameters of the transmission device between the corn stalk forage and the baler;(4)the actual assembly and adjustment of the corn stalk straw baling combine machine,the field test and the test of the prototype were carried out.The research results show that the design of the linkage device,transmission device,transmission device in accordance with the requirements of the corn stalk and straw baling combine machine function and index requirements.
