With the combination of UAV and pesticide spraying technology,the application of pesticide spraying is a new type of pesticide spraying method.Plant protection UAV pesticide spraying technology is safe,efficient and better auto effect and many other advantages,has become a shining star in the modern agricultural machinery industry.Based on the investigation on the growth situation and the existing large-scale plant protection machinery crops in Jilin province,the application of mechanical theory,aviation technology and plant protection technology,according to the UAV model molding plant,this paper developed a eight rotor UAV electric plant protection in order to achieve rapid and precise spraying,and fill in the blank in this field.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.According to the technical requirements of plant protection of the UAV,designed eight rotor UAV electric plant,including its design,technical route and specific design etc.The designation and installation of the maximum take-off weight,the power system,the remote control flight control system,the main body of the body and the control system of pesticide spraying and so on.2.The UAV to verify the theory and calculating theory laden flight time is 6.17 minutes of the eight rotor of electric plant;through the test on the test,verify the single flight time to 9 minutes,and the related technical parameters include: payload: 10 Kg,flight speed: 0 ~10m/s,flight height: 0 ~ 100 m,width: 2 ~ 3m,spray flow 1L/min,can realize the speed and directional flight control,maximum efficiency.1 mu /min,wind resistance: 4.Its optimal operating parameters for the flight speed 5m/s,the distance from the top of the crop height of 2m;the best wind 3.3.The eight rotor UAV protection and other performance comparison,the fuselage structure is more compact,the machine adopts the theory of modular design,convenient replacement parts;assist in positioning technology using theodolite,greatly improve the positioning accuracy of GPS,can form local high precision operations to meet the needs of agricultural production;control the radius of UAV operations can reach 1000 m.4.The droplets in the adhesion effect of rice leaf surface mainly has four kinds,respectively is small,punctured,spreading and crushing.Which accounts for the break form accounted for about 66.72%,accounting for the other three forms accounted for about 33.28%.
