Livestock and poultry manure contains a lot of organic matter, mineral elements and other nutrients. If it can be harmlessly disposed and manured into the soil, not only the problem of lack of nutrients in the land can be solved, but also the amount of fertilizer can be greatly reduced,so that soil conditions can be improved. How to properly handle it and turn waste into treasure is a critical issue, and now it is restricting China's development of circular economy and green agriculture, which is also an important issue. The purpose of this paper is to develop a microbial mixed agent for pig manure composting to speed up the composting process and shorten the composting cycle.High-throughput sequencing technique was used to analyze the dominant microbial community structure and the succession of dominant microbial community at different stages of composting.(1)The effects of temperature,pH,water content,EC,E4 / E6,C / N and GI were investigated during the composting process.During the composting process, the time of average temperature > 50 ? in the case lasted for 12 days and the water content decreased from 65% to 22%.The pH value showed weak alkaline(8.0~9.0),and EC and E4/E6 increased first and then decreased.C/N value decreased and the germination index reached97%.(2)Ten strains of microorganisms were screened at different stages of composting.Four strains of X-01,X-03,X-05 and X-07 were used as stand-alone strains for the composting bacteria according to the identification, physiological and biochemical experiments. After high-throughput sequencing technique,it was found that there were more than ten phylum levels at different stages of composting.Among them, the dominant phylums are firmicutes(20.0%~91.9%),Proteobacteria(5.0%~37.2%),Actinobacteria(1.8%~17.4%).Clostridiaceae and Bacillaceae are the main dominant familys in the whole composting period. The top five genera of microbial populations were collected during composting, which are thermobifida,Bacillus, tepidimicrobium, rhizobiales and luteimonas.(3)The water absorption,pH,microstructure, effective viability and shelf life of diatomite, zeolite, rice husk and corncob were investigated. It was found that the corncob had a good biological affinity, and its microstructure was more favorable for the attachment and propagation of bacteria.Six strains of bacteria were selected as pig manure composting microbial, including four strains of screening strains and two laboratory preservation strains.Their growth curves and the time of inoculation were measured, and the Mixed Microbial Agents(ABTNL?)for Pig Manure Composting was made.(4)The changes of temperature, moisture content and pH,EC,GI and WSC/TN in different treatment groups were measured. The results showed that the maturity level of compost was 0.5M > CK > COM.The growth indexes of maize were determined by its growth test.It was found that the differences between CK,0.5M and COM gradually increased over time. There was no significant difference between 0.5M and COM.The growth index of treatment group with compost was alwasys better than control group. In summary, the pig manure composting agent has achieved good curing effect in pig manure composting, accelerated composting temperature, greatly prolonged composting mhermophilic phase and showed good growth in plant growth experiment effect.
