Currently honey adulteration is very serious.This article USES the element analysis-isotope mass spectrometry,and thin layer chromatography,HPLC refractive index method and liquid chromatography-isotope mass spectrometry of 62 samples of honey authenticity identification respectively,in order to achieve more accurate honey authenticity identification results.(1)Use the element analysis-isotope mass spectrometry(EA-IRMS)test samples of honey,with 12 samples of honey judged to be adulterated honey samples,accounting for 19.35% of the total samples of honey.Current EA-IRMS methods to C3 adulterated goods honey,because the ingredients for sugar in the honey,and isotope C3 plant sugar and total sugar honey isotope is very close,if mixed with C3 plant sugar,honey isotope variation in the basic unlikely.(2)Thin layer chromatography(TLC)were used to detect the honey samples,there are positive,honey samples for adulteration of honey,accounted for 25.8% of overall honey.This experiment method is mainly for mixed with starch syrup and honey samples,is the use of the composition of sugar in the honey and the transformation of starch of different fruit sugar sugar composition of different principle,can separate the sugar,color on the color board.But the TLC in the experimental practice,step trival,experimental time is long,and the results by color judgment,sometimes by the naked eye is really difficult to judge color was close,prone to error.(3)Using HPLC refractive index method to detect honey,detect the presence of four samples of honey adulteration,accounting for 6.45% of the overall samples of honey.This method as the national standard method,although it is easy to operate,simple steps,but the detection rate is too low,in the present honey adulteration of severe form,has been difficult to play a role of effective detection.(4)Liquid chromatography-isotope mass spectrometry(LC-IRMS)to detect honey samples,the results found adulterated doping,30 to 51.61% of the total number of honey.This method implements the various sugar components in honey if(Fru)shall sugar,glucose(Glu),sugar and sugar,such as the delta separation and analysis of 13 C,add the adulteration of C3 syrup can be identified,greatly improving the honey adulteration detection ability.The experimental results show that the newly development of liquid chromatography-isotope mass spectrometry(LC-IRMS)of honey adulteration detection rate is much higher than the other three,adulterated doping on the market at present mainly by adding carbon source products-3 plants and starch syrup is given priority to,should strengthen the monitoring management of this kind of adulteration.Integrated the results of the four kinds of method to measure the honey,found that a total of 38 in total 62 samples of honey honey samples doping adulteration,accounted for 61.29% of overall honey,honey market adulteration phenomenon is very serious now.Combined a variety of honey detection method,combining with multi-component comprehensive analysis to identify the authenticity of the honey is authenticity identification of honey in the future development direction.
