Liquid fertilizer has been widely used in agricultural production process in recent years because of its easy absorption and the requirement of environmental protection.But the corresponding accurate controlling liquid fertilizer equipment is not found in our country The measuring control system of the liquid fertilizes are designed based on DSP in this paper.According to the market requirement of fertilizer equipment,the controller,actuator,and signal sampled part are designed.(1)The construction of liquid fertilizes measuring control device is designed.The main parts of the measuring control device include upper monitor,controller,actuator and controlled object.The rationality and robustness of planter carrier and the mechanical components are considered in the design process.(2)Measurement and control system controller is designed.The controller includes main control circuit,drive circuit and power circuit.The design process of the minimum work system for DSP,power supplied circuit for DSP,the stepper motor driving circuit and the hardware circuit of upper monitor are introduced.At last,the design,welding and debugging of the PCB board are carried out after hardware circuit is designed.(3)The software of liquid fertilizes measuring control device is designed.The function program of the measuring control device is realized through software development environment CCS based on DSP,which includes system initialization,flushing,the control section of solenoid valve,stepping motor running and limit switch working part,the part of calculating fertilizing amount.And the functions about the fertilization parameters and state display program are designed in the upper computer.(4)To design the instrument of the electrical equipment and electrical circuits according to the process requirements,the appropriate electrical frequency center instrumentation are deigned on the basis of function and the electric circuits of the connection.(5)Installation and debugging of liquid fertilizes measuring control device are introduced.The static and dynamic experiment of the measuring control device are carried out to find problems and provide the measures of improvement according to the experiment result.In short,the measuring control system based on DSP of liquid fertilizes has the function of automatic adjusting fertilizer flow according to the move speed and the setting fertilization parameter per mu.At last,the results of the static experiment and dynamic experiment verifies the accuracy and reliability of measuring control device,and proves that the liquid fertilizes measuring control device meets the requirement of accuracy and reliability and has a certain practical value.
