| The wastes disposal in china’s large-scale farm of poultry and animals has the common problems as high water content. It makes useage of biogas slurry restricted, and causing environmental pollution hardly. But, the biogas slurry is a good organic fertilizer, which is rich in the nutrients in the form of N, P, K and other biologically active substances such asgrowth hormone,amino acids. The purpose of this research is using the waste as a resource to explore a efficient and safe biogas slurry utilization technology, realizing the resource utilization of biogas slurry.The present study included content determination and effective composition in biogas slurry. Through using the biogas slurry on the rice field and wheat feild, to study the biological traits, rice quality and the changes of soil physical and chemical properties, electing best fertilizer formula and fertilization mode; The results were as follows:(1) The biogas slurry was rich in organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and others. Organic matter was contained in biogas slurry, the annual average value reached 4911 mg/L. The annual mean value of total nitrogen content was 1397.1 mg/L, total phosphorus content was 48.9mg/L, potassium content was 855.6 mg/L. Nutrients in the biogas slurry was basically exists in the form of available nutrients, including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other large nutrient elements and calcium, copper, iron, zinc, manganese and other micronutrients.(2) Proper amount of biogas slurry was used on rice field could promote rice growth and increase rice yield. The most suitable amount of biogas slurry was 32m3/667m2, At this time the yield than water and fertilizer treatment increased by 9.5% and 5.4%(3) Proper amount of biogas slurry was used on wheat field could promote rice growth and increase rice yield. The most suitable amount of biogas slurry was 0.3m3/667m2, At this time the yield than water and fertilizer treatment increased by 43.2% and 16.4%(4) After long term application of biogas slurry, the soil organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and other nutrient content could be replenished in a timely manner, and it could significantly improve the soil fertility. In addition, The soil p H was decreased by an average of 13.5%, The total salt content was decreased by 83.4%.the use of biogas slurry could improve the quality of the environment for the Saline alkali land. |
