Through the survey data of potato planting area showed that in 2016 China’s potato planting area is 5 million 300 thousand hm2,the Xinjiang potato planting area is 500 tho usand hm2,and the Xinjiang potato planting area increased year by year;for the crucial p roblems of potato harvester will be developed in Xinjiang,now Xinjiang potato harvester has 4U-170 potato harvester.4U-500 Apotato harvester,the potato harvester will present the following problems in the harvest: 1)the inadequate security and stability;2)easy and hil ling injury potato phenomenon in mining harvest;3)the potato rate is low;In order to so lve the above problems,this paper designs and analyzes the key parts of the small potatoharvester.(1)Through the analysis of research on potato agronomic prophase and related characteristics of potato,and requirements of the potato harvester at the time of harvest,so the design of the overall design of machine parts and harvest,The key components of the harvester are identified:the frame,the digging shovel,and the shaking device.(2)The key components of the harvester frame was built and the design of the test bench,and3 D modeling of the frame using the 3D modeling software Soildworks,combined with the finite element analysis software ANSYS-Workbench for finite element analysis of the frame.First of all,through the analysis of strength:σmax≤[σ];Frame strength can meet the requirements of the job;Secondly,the theory of modal analysis on the frame,through the analysis frame of fourth to 6frequencies in frequency band of 20Hz~50Hz frame,easy to produce resonance phenomenon can not meet the stability of the frame,so the frame optimize related structures,the analysis shows that the optimized frequency frame can effectively avoid the occurrence of resonance,and then using DASP software the experimental modal analysis of the frame structures of the entity,finally,the theoretical and experimental modal analysis were all less than 5% natural frequency error,so that the frame can work stably at work.(3)Through the analysis and comparison of the existing mining shovel harvester,found that the two order of the shovel soil crushing performance than the triangle of the shovel performance,digging shovel type designed for two order convex shovel,the related parameters and the digging resistance of digging shovel is determined by the creation of the mining shovel dynamics model.The relevant parameters of the shovel is determined: shovel width b=100mm,blade angle blade angle γ=50o,shovel face angle α=20o,the total length of the shovel L=466.9mm;the movement for the main parameters: harvester speed V=1.2m/s,digging depth h=166mm H analysis the 3D modeling and model of mining shovel design complete,and compared with the general triangle plane shovel,obtained two order convex shovel has better performance than the general triangle plane shovel.(4)With the Xinjiang potato planting requirements and soil properties,the design of jitter separation device for shaking sieve type,the jitter separation parts of the design are analyzed to determine the jitter of the belt speed V带=1.5m/s,wheel speed jitter n=60×V带/2πr=205r/min,The maximum height of Jitter Hmax=114mm;three-dimensional modeling by Soildworks of jitter separation components,and then pour into the Admas software,and analyze the kinematics simulation of the corresponding,it is shown that the simulation speed and actual calculation speed,high speed jitter and jitter the actual harvest is within the scope of the requirements of the theory,Therefore,the theoretical design can meet the requirements of Potato Yield of less than 95%,the potato yield is less than 4%.
