Elevated soilless cultivation is a labor-saving cultivation model,which has been rapid promotion and popularization,because it can avoid the bending work.However,elevated soilless cultivation requires matrix staging and replacement.At present,relying only on artificial cultivation along the tens of meters long cultivation tank for the substrate,but also need to complete the matrix to erection in nearly 1m or even higher cultivation tank multi-link operations,such as feeding,pouring and leveling,so laborious.Therefore,in view of this problem,this paper designed and developed for the elevated cultivation of the substrate packing and intelligent mobile paving system,and complete the prototype of the processing and performance testing.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the measurement of the environmental characteristics of the elevated facilities,it was known that the existing elevated planting facilities existed: generally high ground(about1m),the large construction error in the vertical direction(up to 80mm),the relatively narrow inter-frame channel(0.65~0.75m)and the amount of substrate stall(about 12m3 per acre)and other special operating environment.So the narrow inter-frame channel did not have the space for manual driving,and the mobile paving equipment needed to have the error compensation operation ability.The experimental results showed that the matrix static accumulation angle was about 26° and the slip angle was about 40°.Therefore,it was easy to cause the matrix bonding in the box packing operation;In the matrix blanking operations,duing to the substrate along the material surface velocity was not uniform,easily lead to the mouth of the outlet.So developed for the elevated cultivation of the substrate packing and intelligent mobile paving system.(2)The existing material packing equipment,required manual or matching machinery to complete the material delivery or feeding,but could not automatically packing operations need,so the design can be loaded material loading matrix system.The kinematics analysis and dynamic simulation of the crank lever mechanism of Pro/E and Adams were carried out according to the uneven load of the bucket in the automatic shovel operation,and the mechanism was improved according to the analysis result.(3)A matrix intelligent mobile paving system for elevated cultivation was designed for the multi-link operation requirement and the automatic compensation of the elevated construction error.The design of the bending angle of the "L" type bending and feeding mechanism in the box was optimized,which can effectively solve the two problems.Respectively,the matrix itself was large viscosity and low mobility in the discharge process ofthe matrix "knot arch" and "digging" phenomenon.Through the floating double-sided blanking and flattening device of the electric gear and the movement of the scissors mechanism designed calculation,not only to achieve the substrate side of the material,blanking,stir well and other multi-link "synchronous" coordination operations,but also can effectively meet the overhead in the vertical direction of 10 cm error adaptability.(4)The performance test of the matrix packing system showed that the substrate packing machine can smoothly carry out the ground substrate scraping and throwing it on the conveyor belt at the speed of 0.2~0.5m/s.The scoop mechanism moved smoothly,Trembling and other phenomena occur.Secondly,when the conveyor speed of 0.4m/s,the matrix into the box before the largest range of throwing,this time boxing efficiency of up to 5.2L/s.When the belt speed was less than 0.1m/s or greater than 0.6m/s,because the bucket swing frequency was too small or too large at this time,resulting in a large mass of the bucket,so the packing efficiency was low.(5)In order to check the effect of the bending and feeding mechanism and the effect of the floating side of the blanking of the material,respectively,the material and material testing.The results showed that the basis weight per unit length of the scraper chain was not affected by the chain speed,about 8.31L/m;the difference was less than 0.1L,and the discharge rate Q0 would increase with the increase of the scraper chain speed.The percentage of the matrix of L1,L2,R1 and R2 was 24.16~25.45% at the chain speed of different scraper,and no matrix junction was found during the blanking test.There was no clogging in the material test.The results showed that 91.3% of the matrix was distributed in the interval along the depth of 10~20 mm from the elevated bone.The maximum height of the matrix height in the four tanks is 18.16 mm,which is only 10.6% of the depth of the substrate in the "W" type cultivation tank.
