The 5-year-old Muscat Hamburg was used as material.Set 1.5 times,1times,0.5 times as compared concentrations Hoagland nutrient solution studied the effects of different nutrient supply on vegetative growth,Photosynthesis,fruit quality.The elements contents in fruits and leafs,elements absorption value and water absorption in Muscat Hamburg.The results showed that:1.The shoot length,shoot diameter and main diameter content of Muscat Hamburg under different concentrations have the same trend:1.5 times>0.5 times>1 times.The berry diameter and Individual fruit weight under 0.5 times of Muscat Hamburg are smallest.The net photosynthetic rates(Pn)and promoted intercellular CO2(Ci)under 1.5 times are lower than others.The transpiration rate(Tr)and stomatal conductance(Gs)under 1.5 times are higher than others.2.The contents of soluble solids and anthocyanin are biggest under ltimes,but the titratable acid content has an opposite trend.The trend of tannin and total phenols contents is rise in the first stage and then decrease,the content of tannin is biggest 60 days after budding.These mean the appropriate concentration is good for improving fruit quality.3.The content of N,P,K,Mg,B and Zn in leaf and fruit was increased with the increase of nutrient solution concentration during entire growth and development stages and the content of K in fruits is higher than leafs,but other elements are adverse.Increasing suitable K fertilizers can improve fruit quality at vegetative growth stage.4.The largest absorption amount of N,P,K,Mg,Fe,Mn and B is at expansion stage,its value Respectively is 73.5g/plant,51.67g/plant,63.54g/plant,12.18g/plant,404.4mg/plant,58.2mg/plant and accounts about 55%,47%,52%,37%,59%,38%.the absorption amount of Ca,Zn and Cu mainly focused on the period of expansion and Veraison and accounted about 64%,62%,54%.The absorption of every element shows:1.5times>ltimes>0.5times,the growth of shoots and the quality of fruit is best under ltimes.The annual elements absorption of single grapevine under ltimes are:N 44.294g,P 3.456 g,K37.743g,Ca 47.728g,Mg 10.801g,Fe 210mg,Mn 46.11mg,B 79.13mg,Zn 23.56mg,Cu 17.104mg.5.The law of water requirement in Muscat Hamburg rises in the first stage and then decrease,the maximum water requirements appeared in the period of expend(1.5times:248L/plant,ltimes:245L/plant,0.5times:247L/plant),the water requirements are lowest at maturation stage(90-96L/plant),the water requirements of single grapevine under ltimes are 631.5L/plant.
