To explore the effects of the growth situation and interior quality of Dendrobium officinale seedling of transplanted domestication. The results showed that:1. Disposing with bamboo vinegar on the Dendrobium officinale can facilitate the accumulation of the biomass and effective constituent of Dendrobium officinale. Compared with the contrast, the Dendrobium officinale, which under the method that irrigated by the bamboo vinegar diluted 1,000 times, its fresh weight of the overground part and the dry weight of the overground part, the fresh weight of the underground part, tiller, root, stem diameter, polysaccharide and alkaloid were all significantly improved. Compared with the contrast, the Dendrobium officinale after spraied by the bamboo vinegar diluted 1,500 time. Its fresh weight of the overground part and the dry weight of the overground part, and the fresh weight of its underground part, tiller, root, stem diameter, polysaccharide and alkaloid were all significantly improved.2. Compared with the contrast, The Dendrobium officinale, which irrigated by the bamboo vinegar diluted 1,000 times, and the interval of the dispose was 14 days, its fresh weight of the overground part and the dry weight of the overground part, and the fresh weight of the underground part, tiller, root,stem diameter, polysaccharide and alkaloid were all significantly improved. Compared with the contrast,the Dendrobium officinale after spraied by the bamboo vinegar diluted 1,500 times, and the interval of the dispose was 7 days , its fresh weight of the overground part and the dry weight of the overground part, and the fresh weight of the underground part, tiller, root, plant height, stem diameter,polysaccharide and alkaloid were all significantly improved.3. The Dendrobium officinale which irrigated by 50% purity biogas slurry, the fresh weight of the overground part and the dry weight of the overground part, and the fresh weight of the underground part,root,alkaloid content of the Dendrobium officinale were all significantly improved compared with the contrast . High concentrations of biogas slurry will restrain the growth of Dendrobium officinale. The Dendrobium officnale disposed by the biogas slurry stoste will result in a phenomenon called "leaf burning".
