Bovine tuberculosis is an important zoonotic diseases. It occurs worldwide and throughout the year.it is a must-be-reported disease in OIE,and it is listed as a 2nd kind of quarantive animal disease in China.M.bovis.Is the agent of more than 10%of human tuberculosis. In recent years,Bovine Tuberculosis has become the focus of animal disease prevention and control program.the State Council issued"the long-term plan of national animal disease prevention program from 2012 to 2020 " in 2012.Bovine Tuberculosis is one of the 16 kinds of domestic animal disease which should be prevented and controled priorly in this program. The program develops a comprehensive Bovine Tuberculosis prevention and control measures too.The epidemiological survey in this research contains field investigation,Single Intradermal Tuberculin Test,Single Intradermal Tuberculin Test,?-interferon enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, pathogen isolation and pathogen identification. It provides a comprehensive epidemiological investigation data.(1)Epidemiological Investigation:561 whole blood samples, milk samples and nose swabs were collected in 36 farms from 5 counties in some area of north China.S ITT shows the highest positive rate. The coicidence rate of SICTT and SITT is 98.4%,while the coicidence rate of INF-y and SITT is 98.0%.we use IFN-? method to detecte the 561 samples the individual positive rate is of TB is 5.2%while the,group-positive rate is 31%.(2)bacterial tests:12 cows were selected by INF-y or SICTT,Sodium pyruvate solid medium and the BACTEC MGIT 960 system were used to isolate Mycobacteria from milk samples, nasal swabs and lymph node samplel,etc.10 isolates of Mycobacteria were all identical to be Mycobacterium bovis by multiplex PCR experiments. The results of this research showed that TB is widely distributed in some area of north China. This study provides a comprehensive epidemiological investigation data to support the prevention and control of Bovine Tuberculosis in some area of north China.
