The development and utilization of new energy is the need of national energy construction,economic and social sustainable development.It is also an important link to adjust energy structure,reduce water pollution,soil pollution and air pollution.Wind power generation project is based on abundant wind energy resources.Whether it is social effects,environmental benefits,or gradually reduce the cost of power generation,it will become an integral part of China's power resources.The wind is a renewable and clean energy,but the road,in the process of wind power project construction in fan platform,integrated circuit erection,booster station management room and other construction activities,will lead to change the original topography,land surface and ground disturbance,tying up a large number of vegetation destruction,soil erosion and man-made.The types of erosion in wind farm construction are mainly hydraulic erosion,accompanied by a small amount of wind erosion.Soil erosion mainly occurs during the construction period,which is located in the surrounding area of wind power generator and the road and its slope area.In engineering construction,road engineering and wind turbine site leveling,excavation,filling construction,construction of production areas due to mechanical compaction,spoil in the transport and stacking process,will cause the original ground disturbance,vegetation damage,reduce the capacity of the original soil consolidation that caused by soil structure loose,in adverse weather conditions,such as rainfall runoff,such as wind,will cause serious soil erosion.The soil of Jiang Gong Ling wind engineering loss characteristics are analyzed,thus laying effective engineering measures and plant measures for soil and water conservation,through the monitoring and analysis of soil and water conservation measures,explore wind power water and soil engineering field to complete the construction process and the loss of control.
