| The current research work,a reasonable improvement of the storage environment to ensure that the safety of ecological storage not only has been the relevant worker to explore the goal,but also to solve the problem.In order to make up for the traditional ventilation mode on the safe storage has drawbacks,the development of information technology and intelligent technology in the application field of the ventilation and Implementation will have on the meaning in this paper.Hybrid particle swarm optimization based on genetic algorithm and,to the traditional PID control platform,applied to the ventilation control in an efficient way,the latter through modeling,analysis,and Simulation of ventilation to a reach precise reaction,warehousing industry green,scientific,safe storage.This paper presents a hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm combining genetic algorithm and optimization algorithm.The two algorithms and hybrid theory basis,give priority to the hybrid optimization algorithm is applied to the current relatively mature control field.PID tuning,proposes an optimization algorithm using PID control technology in the ventilation control system based on.Based on the deployment of the main work as following:(1)First of all,according to the ventilation control reasonable grasp ventilation time problem into the optimization searching process,namely the temperature and humidity of two ventilation elements into optimization algorithm for optimal control goal.Therefore,put forward the optimization idea of PSO algorithm and GA algorithm based on PSO algorithm.In view of "slow convergence" and "premature",in addition to optimization of processing parameter setting itself outside at the same time introduce crossover and mutation of genetic algorithm in two kinds of operators to solve common problems,the algorithm itself,but also enrich the diversity of the initial population.The experiment results show that the optimization algorithm thought is feasible and effective.(2)Secondly,according to the ventilation control precision,fast,stable,just the optimization algorithm itself used in ventilation control is difficult to meet the requirements,and put forward a particle swarm optimization algorithm and PID control technology.The technology is mainly through the fusion optimization algorithm for PID precise control of proportion,integral,differential parameters of the optimum value of three the PID,in order to build up the control accuracy.The simulation consequence show that compared with the PSO algorithm,control technique is efficient,stable and fast control effect.(3)Thirdly,Application of PID Technology Based on PSO Optimization in grain Storage and Ventilation Control.The model of ventilation control frame is established,and a dynamic coupling solution based on static is proposed for the wet and heat coupling of granary temperature and humidity.Finally,a simulation experiment is carried out based on the mathematical model of first order delay temperature and humidity,which proves its usability in the field of grain storage and ventilation. |
