The Research Of Guangxi Different Types Of Toona Sinensi

In order to study the difference of Toona sinensis type in Guangxi area.Based on the study of Guangxi main distribution area of Toona sinensis(Leye,Jingxi,Longlin,Xincheng,Fengshan,Longan,Tian’e,Donglan and Zhaoping)to carry out field investigation and observation,According to the classification of the color of Toona sinensis wood,the differences of the phenotype,leaf structure,seed characteristics,growth law,seedling growth,photosynthesis and drought tolerance of Toona sinensis were analyzed,the results are as follows:1.According to the different color of the Toona sinensis material,the Guangxi area is divided into Toona sinensis mahogany type and Toona sinensis white wood type two categories.2.There were no significant differences in the leaf length,leaf number,leaf area,length,width,and petiole length of the Toona sinensis mahogany type and the Toona sinensis white wood type.3.There were no significant differences in stomatal density,palisade tissue thickness and sponge thickness between the two types of Toona sinensis,and there were significant differences in stomatal length,palisade tissue and spongy tissue thickness.4.The seed mass,germination rate and water content of the seed of the Toona sinensis mahogany type were lower than those of the Toona sinensis white wood type,and there were significant differences between the two types in germination rate and water content.There was a significant linear positive correlation between germination rate and water content of the seeds of Toona sinensis white wood type and Toona sinensis mahogany type.5.There were significant differences in the growth pattern of the Toona sinensis and the types of Toona sinensis.The growth rate of the Toona sinensis white wood type was higher than that of the Toona sinensis mongolica type.6.There is a significant difference between the Toona sisnensis white wood type and Toona sinensis mahogany type of Toona sinensis photosynthetic rate,net photosynthesis in stomatal conductance and transpiration rate,and the Toona sinensis white wood type in the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate are more than three aspects of Toona sinensis mahogany type.7.Through the continuous drought stress,it was found that the type of mahogany was stronger than that of Toona sinensis white wood type.
